So many problems, not sure where to start!

Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: Good rate.
Cons: Cleanliness and working wifi. Desperately needs new carpet that doesn't smell bad.
Wifi didn't work the whole weekend, so frustrating. Air conditioning didn't work in the first room, so they reluctantly gave us another room in which the air conditioning worked but was so loud that it was almost impossible to sleep. The second room also had a live bug in the bathroom I had to kill and black hair (like someone trimmed a mustache or something?) all over the counter. I had to clean that before I could use the bathroom. There were towels left hanging on the door from the previous guests and the room (mostly the carpet) smelled horrible. A very bad odor from the minute we walked into the room. These facilities were NOT ANYTHING like pictured or described. I am not a hotel snob, I just wanted a clean room at a reasonable rate....while this rate was reasonable, it was not clean at all.

You get what you pay for

Hotel in need of renovation and deep cleaning. Some areas overly perfumed like the elevator leads me to believe they are trying to hide a smell. Carpets look old and walls are chipped and beat up in need of repair.

The only issues I had with the hotel was that the on site restraunt was very slow with their service, and that the there was a couple issues with the TV.

“An apology is the super glue of life. It can repair just about anything.” ― Lynn Johnston This quote seems fitting. I want to apologize and make it better, but without details, my apology seems empty. Please give us an opportunity to better serve you in the future. Thank you.

Way to Close to the INTERSTATE

Posted Oct 5, 2014
Pros: The openness when you first walk. The pool area seemed nice. Did not get a chance to get there.
Cons: Rooms need a good scrubbing!
Location: I was thankful for Cracker Barrel being right across the street.
When you first walk in, the hotel seems nice. The room was a little dingy, which was disappointing, considering how much the room cost. It was extremely loud, you could hear the traffic all night long. The outdoor lights were not on when we left the next morning at 6:30. Seemed a safety issue to me. Breakfast did not start until 7 am on the weekends. We were hoping for it to be ready at 6. The beds were lumpy and sagging. The comforter was worn out. For $89/night I was expecting better. I have gotten better at a lower price.
