really lovely hotel, lots of option for eating, including a traditional Jordanese restaurant complete with a camel outside, a lovely bar with bean bars to sit on, and really helpful staff. highly recommended

Good hotel, the stay was very enjoyable. Since the hotel was half empty, we were upgraded to rooms with sea view; this is a nice touch. No issue whatsoever.

Excellent hotel with very good / helpful staff. Excellent facilities eg. pools, restaurants. The food was also very good. My family , from age 3 yrs. child to myself, age 62 yrs. thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel as there were facilities for every age !

“Very nice, children friendly hotel.”

We stayed 5 nights and we had a good time ,if you have kids they will have fun in the kids pool. The hotel is very inviting for children - including special activities. Two pools were heated during our stay making it nice to swim even for the children. The staff were excellent , very helpfull. Food is very good, room service is very good. The only problem we had is with flies , making it impossible to eat in the restaurants near the pool.

“Great hotel but take your own transport if you can.”

You can't fault the hotel, but you feel slightly trapped if you don't have your own transport as there is nothing much else around it within walking distance, except a cafeteria and a fast food restaurant. When we asked for a taxi to take us to the Hammamat hot springs (half hour drive away) they said there weren't any (as they would need to come out from Amman) and refered us to the Heartz counter at the hotel. The Heartz rep quoted me 80JD's to take us there, wait for us for a few hours and then bring us back to the hotel (a lot of money). We ended up walking to the main road and flagging a passing taxi, which cost us 20 JD's for the same thing The hotel is lovely and has access to the dead sea in a newly created beach. It has a huge swimming pool, but they are still constructing another big pool and another beach (no construction noise heard from rooms).

I had visited here for day trips but never had spent the night until this trip. The food was great and the service was great, I was not disappointed and I'll have to make time for more overnight stays like this one!
