“Posh romantic resort”

This resort is perfect for a romantic get away. We came with our two year old and were less than impressed with the kid amenities. The kid's club is well equipped but the attendant is not any one I would ever leave my kid with. The kid's pool was basically a small shallow box with warm water and lots of sand on the bottom. The lazy river pool was very nice but FREEZING! The hotel poolside lounges close at 7pm and restaurants open for dinner at 7:30. This was too late for our son so we ended up ordering room service which was very expensive. The spa is excellent with many treatments to choose from and the gym is also well equipped. We enjoyed our time here but would have done better coming for a romantic getaway. The Marriott up the road is more kid friendly and has a better pool for kids.

“Dead Sea Comes Alive”

Stunning hotel in stunning location. Watching the sunsets from the terrace are special. Wide choice of restaurants (stocking good Jordanian wine as well). Free wifi in the Ishtar building and around the pools (although wired in the main building). I will be staying here on my next visit to the dead sea, this is the best hotel in the area (I have stayed at others).

“Want to go back!”

Very impressed by service and goodwill of all staff, not even in hotel but in all Jordan. I think the middle of april best time to go theree. Air not very hot, water in Dead sea quite comfortable to stay in see as long as you wish. Set 4 for "Comfort of your room" just because of noise of waterfall by nigh in room and mosquitoes. Better to switch if off by night.

“Lovely get away break”

Stayed 2 nights short break. Nice hotel with simple uncluttered public areas and comfortable rooms.Bathroom was great. Air condition very effective even in stairs and hallways.All staff smiled and greeted us wherever we went,even the ground staff and gardeners.The resort is beautifully landscaped with many pools and walkways.We loved the breakfast buffet and challenged each other to name something not included!everything was there except bacon though beef bacon featured with plenty pf fresh fruit,yogurts,international breads and pastries.Dinner was another good value,large and varied buffet.Free towels and bottled water at pools and beach.Only negative was trying to get ice from reception and told it`d cost 7 JD? Would recommend this hotel for short trips but for longer stays might get boring as little to do in the evenings.

“Sheer Luxury”

This hotel is outstanding. The level of service and attention to every minute detail is amazing. Our trip was made even more perfect to Jordan by staying here.

“Alive and kicking at the Dead Sea!”

This is truly a superb hotel on the banks of the Dead Sea and within an easy drive of Amman. Service was excellent and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Choice of restaurants was limited but quality of food was great. Tried the spa, parts of which were still being completed while we were there but it appears to be of a find standard and very well run.
