Horrendous

Posted Nov 4, 2013
Its meant to be four star but felt like 2 star. The food , the cleanliness and even getting to the dead sea was a mission. Very disapointing and thankfully only booked one night- so the next we stayed in a real 5 star resort.

Nice location yet not clean at all!!!

Posted Oct 18, 2013
Dunno if it was because of the Adha holidays and the fact that the hotel was fully booked, yet the level of dirtiness is not acceptable at all no matter what are the reasons ( bed sheets, floor, toilet seat, etc)

Lovely Staff!

Posted Jun 26, 2013
Pros: Staff are all frieandly and generous
I spent only one night because I had to go to Aqaba the next day. I was planning to return back but plans didn't work. I stayed in three different Hotels during my visit to Jordan and this hotel was the best.

Pros: The Dead Sea is close ( or next ).
Cons: The location. A Little lonely.
Location: Somewhat difficult to reach for those do not know.
Our stay in the Hotel was very pleasant. The Dead Sea is just a few meters.

Dead sea by buggy- if u get there before 6pm!

Posted Jun 10, 2012
We arrived at 3 and left by 7. Awful Staff!! The hotel send a buggy to take you down to the Dead sea so you cant walk down as assumed. They said let us know when u want to go but when we went down at 5.40 they said the beach was closed. No appologies for not letting us know before hand that it closed at 6pm> Ended up having an argument at desk and they shrugged me off. My 7yr old cried but they didnt care. I explained that i had been waiting for a key 4 the interconnecting room for 3 hours but he didnt care. we had a taxi booked 4 petra early next day and wouldnt see the dead sea. Sole reason for visit, He offered no compensation. We asked for something to compensate for them not letting us know in advance; he said what do you expect. Very rude! In the end after arguments and we were put through to a desk manager, they offer 2 free massages. Another 2 men were also angry and cancelled their booking in front of us for the same reason- no Dead Sea. We said we would settle for free meal instead of massage. The man said just dessert so we cancelled too, No help with any arrangements. We went back to Amman and waited in lobby an hour! Spoilt our holiday. We took a private taxi to the beach. Something he failed to mention as an option! Then went back to Amman. Sorry but avoid this hotel, Good for tours but not if u r on your own and cant speak the language. As we were a family of 4.
