“great pool”
Great stay. great breakfast. Kids went crazy for the pool slide.
“warm, comfortable haven on a cold winter's night”
This was an overnight on a sub-zero road-trip to relatives for the Thanksgiving holiday. The hotel lobby was immaculate and welcoming and WARM. The desk clerk was helpful in recommending restaurants for dinner. Our room was tastefully furnished. Big fluffy comforters on the beds made us reluctant to get up and leave the next morning. The breakfast buffet in the morning was more than adequate.
“Cold and disappointing stay”
We recently stayed at the Hotel for a family vacation, arriving late at night. The heat had been turned off in both rooms, and with it being the middle of February in South Dakota, it was extremely cold. It took hours to make the temperature comfortable. We also had several maintenance issues with keys that did not work, a hot tub with plastic pieces broken off and floating in it, and a broken elevator. Lastly, there was seldom anyone at the front desk.
