“Unfriendly but adequate”

I got what I needed there, but the front desk staff member was very stiff and unfriendly. Seemed to be straining to be helpful- would rather be somewhere else that waiting on you.

“Very Big Mistake!”

After what myself (45 yrs) and my step mother (67 yrs) thought was a very nice stay, we came home to discover this place is a farce! We realized we had been charged $55 for soiled bed linens and extra guests in the room. None of which was true! They accuse us of having extra guests staying in our room, when we only had my daughter and her boy friend visit us for no more than 10 minutes, three different times in a 5 night stay. They accused us of letting our guests eat in the breakfast room, when the truth is, my daughter went in the breakfast room after breakfast hours and got her grandmother a glass of ice water, while we sat outside. They said that on two occassions someone had vomitted on the linens and on the carpet in the room, which is crazy! They said our room was a disaster when they came in to clean. That also is an out and out lie. Yes we had cosmetics on the counter and papers and magazines on the desk and tables and food in the fridge but remember we were staying there 5 nights. There was nothing left on the floor at any time and they came in to clean our room twice while we were still in the room. They said they had to spend extra time cleaning our room, what a joke! I've traveled for many years with large groups of children and I can guarantee you our room was not half as bad as those rooms are when we leave! They made us sound like a bunch of partying grandmas, lol! Couldn't be more the opposite! Be prepared for false charges!

“Great for pets”

The outside access to the room was great for our first trip with our dog. We were able to take her outside quite often. The folks at the front desk were friendly and professional. My husband made about a half dozen waffles and loved the spacious breakfast area. There were lots of choices. He also used the computer. We didn't have time to check out the fitness area but will on our next trip this month. The only problem we had was water on the carpet by the bathroom, but we were moved to another room. The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors talking. Next time I'll bring earplugs. Otherwise a great place to stay- inexpensive and clean.

“Can't wait to go back!!”

We stayed at this hotel while at the Sturgis bike rally and it was fantastic!! They provided a hose and rags to clean our bike, their breakfast was great and they even provided dessert each evening. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

“Okay--”

Not a place you would want to spend time an extended amount of time in your room. The room smelled bad but it was clean and was fine for just the night.
