Nice HotelPosted Oct 9, 2013
Pros: Very nice and comfortable room. Quiet. Very clean.
Cons: Have 2 waffle makers and a better dough dispenser. Have dark out coverings for the windows.
Location: Mount Rushmore, Wonderland Caves, Deadwood, went to Wild Bill Hickock and Calamity Jane's gravesites. The Black Hills are beautiful.
Very nice and comfortable room. The only complaint is that there was too much light in the room, at night. There wasn't full drapes across the windows. There is a complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety but there was only 1 waffle maker and the dispenser for the dough came out slower than slow. But overall it was a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly.

Nicest Hampton Inn. EverPosted Sep 4, 2013
Pros: Rooms. Location. Pool.
Location: Great pizza joint at Dough Trader Pizza. Nice sandwich shop at The Green Been. Spearfish Canyon a must see. Avoid Deadwood - total dump.
I have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inn's over the last 20 years and this is by far the nicest. Its also brand new (opened Feb 2013). Rooms are big, nice decor and the kids loved the water slide.

Glad I booked through Hotel.com--cost was half their regular price.

Nice accommodationsPosted Aug 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
I travel quite a bit and stay in Wingate's and Hampton's mostly. Overall a nice hotel with standard chain style feel. The room however was quite noisy through walls as if there wasn't block wall or enough sound proofing between rooms. Maybe my neighbors were just overly loud. An above average stay.

Brand new hotel, awesome breakfast bar.Posted Aug 16, 2013
Very accommodating and friendly staff. Super tolerant for bikers during the Sturgis rally, let's you park and wrench during the week right under the lobby roof. Very uncomplicated management. The pool is clean, and inviting. The hot tub as well. The breakfast bar is marvelous.

Pros: It was well decorated and comfortable with a lot of area to meet and visit
Cons: The pool and slide area looks bigger on the site - but kids had fun
Location: Close to Deadwood, Rapid City, as well as all of the sights Keystone has to offer

Very NicePosted Aug 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
This Hampton Inn is very conveniently located next to a Walmart . We were able to buy some stuff and cook it in our room and save on dinner that day. It's also right across the street from an Applebee's so after being on the road all day we didn't have to get back in the car for food and supplies we were able to just walk over. The pool also has a waterslide which made it the best pool out of the five hotels we stayed at on our trip!
