We were very happy with the hotel. We would stay there again.

For once along my journey I did not feel like a stranger. You walk into this place like into a neighbourhood cafe, the locals are playing video machines, you can play a game of chess with the owner, they will tell you all the neat places in town and around the Black Hills. The Rooms are large, clean and the pool was refreshing.

“The hotel is very good for the price,”

The hotel is ok as long as there's no staying in the rooms on both sides of you, the first nights stay was really good, the second nights stay was horrendous the air con in the rooms either side of me was so loud that I never got one minutes sleep, got up and left at 4.30am, this hotel would be ideal for the hard of hearing, the room was at a good price but by 4 am I figured I'd paid way to much. I was so mad I felt like waking up everyone to see if they like it.

The Spearfish Travelodge has recently reopened under new management. They have big plans for remodeling & modernizing the motel. I would definitely stay there again. The staff could not have been nicer. Very friendly & took care of all there needs.

“It's okay”

The motel is alright. We have stayed there before, and may stay there again although there are otherr motels in the area that are in better condition and don't cost a lot more. You get what you pay for.

The only thing I would have liked to know is that the pool was being redone! I was really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub or pool and was upset to hear it was not open...

excellent people from the front desk. Extremely nice. Hotel inself is old, but in a quiet neighbourhood.

Nice large rooms. Clean and attractive.

I did not feel comfortable at this motel, kind of unsafe. Very unsatisfied with the internet accessability and the room telephone did not work at all.
