Good place

I stayed there for the NASCAR races in Fort Worth. It was an easy drive to the track. Very good location. The room was nice and clean, though the bed was a little too hard for me. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Affordable Perfection

Pros: Everything.
Cons: At this price point, not a thing.
Location: I never left the hotel except to grab a coffee at a nearby Starbucks. There are a variety of chain restaurants nearby.
I was wonderfully surprised by the overall quality of this hotel. It stands far ahead of similiarly priced hotels in all ways. The breakfast wasn't just the typical continental fare (tale toast and plastic orange juice), but included fresh eggs, sausage and a variety of other goodies. My room was very clean with a comfortable bed and new flatscreen TV. Mr. Ptel, the owner, was extremely pleasant and helpful. I will absolutely stay in this hotel the next ime I visit Decatur.

Nice pet friendly motel convenient to restaraunts

Cons: Everything was great!
Location: Perfect location. Didn't leave the room because I had been traveling all that day and just needed rest.
Motel staff was courteous upon arrival. Made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The room was clean, spacious, and contained everything needed for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of room outside for my two pets which were traveling with me.
