I forgot a flight voucher in the trash. The staff went through and found it for me. So nice of them!

Always comfortable

We have stayed here before and have always found it to be comfortable. This is a busy hotel with lots of meetings and events, but its remarkably quiet at the same time. Great fitness facilities. Good location for getting into and around Boston and free covered parking. Problems this time included an outlet in the bathroom that didn't work and a slow toilet. Also the pool opened late on Sunday and hadn't been cleaned. The pool water was way too warm- think bath water. None the less we enjoyed our stay and the staff is great.

The hotel was great! Staff was excellent. Only problem was the facets in the bathroom didn't shut all the way off. The balance of the stay was great and we will stay there again.

Good Hotel but no washer or dryer no breakfast

Cons: put washer and dryer room on site
Location: Great area
We enjoyed our stay but there was no washer or dryer for we went to the game and got very wet from rain and had to fly out next morning with wet clothes in suitcase. There was no washer or dryer on site. Also when I booked thru expedia they said breakfast would be included but it was not. I would not have picked this hotel if I knew breakfast wasn't included

Great hotel all around !!

Great hotel all around! comfy beds, good food! Big gym, nice staff, close to shopping, and lots of resturants to choose from, large pool. I will come back.

A very valuable hotel

Pros: The room is very comfortable.
Cons: They would better to provide shuttle bus to Boston airport.
Location: I do sightseeing in downtown Boston.
When ordering hotel, I find its price was not higher than that of other hotels in Boston , maybe there were some special offer at that time. As a result, this is the first time for me to stay in hotel like this. This hotel is near the commute rail station and take train to Boston South Station, but sometimes you have to wait for a long time. The room is very clean and all the things looks good, I feel very satisifed especially with this price. In addition, the hotel has gym, tennis court, bar, etc., but you have to pay for that.

Great hotel, great staff!

Pros: I appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Their willingness to help makes this a great option should I visit again.
Location: There's not a whole lot to do in the direct vicinity, but the hotel is 20 minutes from Boston, where there is plenty to do.
I was in town for a couple days to do some sightseeing and stayed at this hotel. It was close enough to Boston that a drive didn't hurt, but it was also walking distance from the MBTA Commuter Rail. While here, I received excellent service both from the front desk staff and the room service staff. The room was very clean and was kept clean. The cleaning staff recognized a problem before I did and sent maintenance personnel to repair the issue. Great hotel!

A Holiday Getaway with a Musical Greeting
