Nice hotel

Pros: Was clean.
Cons: correct online info
Location: was convenient to everything.
The room was clean, but the window was broken and was letting cold air in. The heat thermostat could not be changed. On line was posted that a microwave was available, and was not.

family reunion

Pros: It was very comfortable for our family to meet and spend time together in the lobbies and public area's
Cons: More parking is needed. The whirlpool should have been repaired in a timely manor on Sunday morning
It was comfortable for our family reunion. We had breakfast in the restaurant and lunch was ordered and served near the bar. The major shortcoming was the limited parking. There were more than enough parking spots for the hotel guests. But, the large conventions that were in progress strained the parking lots causing us to ride around for ten minutes within three or four lots before we found a spot..

fantastic from start to finish. friendly and attentive staff. food from room service was very good. felt very welcome and had a great time.

Unexpected Inconvenience

Upon arrival, we couldnt figure out where to park and had to go back into the lobby 2 times to ask as the entire parking area was under construction and parking was extremely confusing. Had to entry building in a very dark poorly lit space at the complete opposite end of the building without the use of an elevator had to carry our full luggage up stairs. We were to have both refrigerator and microwave in room and were told after entering the room the microwave would add $15/nt to the cost. Other than Lawrence, the staff was generally pleasant. Lawrence seemed put off if he had to answer a question. We had one meal at the Hotel lounge ordering off the menu handed to us and upon receiving the bill, both items we ordered were billed at a higher rate than that on the menu. When brought to their attention, they attempted to explain how they gave me an outdated menu and proceeded to ask me if I would like the total changed. Seriously?? Service is the basis for any business success or failure, and they need to regroup on the general approach to customer service. There were many of the staff who were actually quite nice, but the few bad left a bad impression for all.

The parking garage (cleaning and striping) was a bit of an inconvenience for all of our guests and was planned in advance. The garage work along with many other renovations are on-going in order to improve the property for all of our guests. With that being said we are trying to limit any major inconveniences. In regards to your additional comments, Lawrence at the front desk, charges for both the fridge and microwave along with correct pricing on our menus will be addressed and corrective action will be taken. Thin walls

This is the second time we stayed here. This time the room next to us had the tv turned on. You would have thought that the TV in my room was on. This continued and my husband went to the reception desk at 11:30 pm. They called the room. The person at the reception desk also said that they were completely booked and there were no other rooms and that they are aware of the problem of thin walls.The person did lower the volume, but we were still able to hear what was going on as well as his snoring. At 3 am, the people on the other side of us came in. Again, we were able to hear their entire conversation. Needless to say, there will not be a strike three.

Very nice hotel, not a bad drive to Boston.

Pros: Clean, great gym, great bar.
Cons: Elevator doors did not open first time I used it.
Location: Went into Boston every day, quick and painless drive
Traveled to Boston 3 days from hotel, easy trip. Everything was great, service, speed and friendly staff.

Close to Gillette Stadium

Pros: Near venue.
Cons: Hotel can command a higher price due to proximity but it was certainly not higher than a 3.5 star hotel.
Location: Access to stadium for our trip.
Limited use of the hotel due to after game late check-in but certainly a very nice spot albeit very pricey!

Convenient location, reasonable rates

Location: Gillette Stadium
We stayed here one night after a Patriots game. Getting off and on I95 could not have been easier. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet.

Clean and nice hotel

Hotel very close to Boston, Gillette Stadium and easy to access. Hotel staff very friendly and rooms are very clean and comfy, will book again whenever I return.
