Further outside of Boston than expected

Pros: Close to public transit and a large shopping center with plenty of food options.
Cons: The rooms near the elevator on the third floor need a buffer from the late night sounds resonating from the hotel bar.
Location: The outdoor mall was two blocks away. It had a large choice in food and stores, as well as a movie theater.
The hotel staff was excellent and very friendly. They assisted us with the commuter train schedule and directions to the train stop (literally right down the street). When we checked in the A/C was not working. However, maintenance had it fixed before we returned. The cleaning staff did an adequate job, but it seems the rooms only get dusted when someone has stayed the night in it. There was a light layer of dust on the furniture when we checked in, but the room was dusted the rest of our visit. Overall the hotel served its purpose, in that is was a place to sleep when we were not in the city. My opening statement about the staff just does not cover how pleasant and accommodating they truly were.

Didn't have the room type I rented

We arrived at 2 am and our reservation was for a 1 king bed plus a sofa bed for 2 adults and 3 kids and they gave us a 1 bed room. That's what they had available. At the end after discussing they gave us 2 rooms one of them with the bathroom not working and we had to split up.

Is this really a Hilton?

Cons: Just about everything
Location: Good location, one exit from Legacy Place with shopping and choice of restaurants.
This hotel is run down around the edges (although the sign in the lobby says that they are redecorating). Bathroom has mildew odor in bath/shower area. The maid arrived early one morning and was told to come back later -- she did not and we returned to find room unmade. Internet service was unreliable and spotty. On the plus side -- desk staff was friendly and helpful and Starbuck's was free if you are a Hilton Honors member. I would not stay there again until the renovation is completed.

Cons: Starting to need some upgrading. Shower not the best
Location: Shopping, food, T station, all right there
Good location, accessible, helpful staff Train station is within walking distance and goes right into Boston

Conveniently close to but far enough away from Wrentham Outlets and Gillette Stadium. Great for our back-to-school shopping and Revs weekend.

The hotel was located very close to my training.

Pros: Nice accomodations with perks due to our Meditech affiliation.
Cons: Minor updates of the decor in the rooms.
Location: It was close to our training center, but not all of us were able to venture out beyond that so I can't really speak to that aspect of the location.
The hotel shuttle was able to get us to and from our training as well as to restaurants in the evening for dinner without any major delays.

Not the Hilton I'm remember

The property is clearly under some type of renovation. The first floor leading to where my room was located is dark. The property is outdated including the decor. Once in my room the lighting there was poor 2 Lamps, no ceiling lighting and the AC wasn't working. Housekeeping was subpar. The plus there is a shopping outlet and a train station to Boston nearby the hotel has a shuttle and they were very accommodating.

Needs updating

The staff were VERY helpful and courteous. The room was not clean or updated. There were dirty pillows. The toilet had *stuff* on the seat when we checked in. The restaurant was the ONLY option to eat at in the area and the dishes weren't always clean and the food wasn't warm.
