Pros: Clean rooms, shuttle offered.
Cons: Offer a free continental breakfast... Starbucks was nice, but overpriced. Discount offers for those that are staying there would have been nice.
Location: Legacy Place nearby was nice to visit and offered things to do during our stay.
My husband and I spent two nights at this location. The facilities were nice, however they seemed to cater to businesses more so than individuals (or tourists). We did enjoy the cafe that is on location; not too overpriced. However, we did feel that the Starbucks that is located there was overpriced. We felt that though a continental breakfast was not offered, the rates at the Starbucks should have been less for those that were staying at the location.

Family friendly hotel close to downtown Boston

Location: Harvard, Brown University John Adams and John Quincy Adam's Houses Freedom Trail Quincy Market
My family stayed in this hotel 4 nights during our visit to Harvard and Boston, which are about 30 min. away. As soon as we got to the front desk, Jeff and Mr. Perry were very courteous and friendly. Their attention to detail and knowledge of the local area contributed to our family's wonderful experience of the local historical sites and dinning areas. We also, had breakfast at this hotel's buffet and the meals were made fresh and delicious. The staff were very accommodating and prepared special meals for my daughter. Special thanks to Kassandra and Constantine who provided excellent service during our dinning at the hotel and to Jeff and Mr. Perry for an excellent service.

Great location for business travel

Pros: The location was perfect for my business meetings
Cons: Better room when booking through expedia
Location: I only worked, so I didn't visit any attractions
booking through expedia was disappointing. I was booked in a room almost in the basement far away from anything other than the meeting rooms. The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked and the vanity looked like it was going to fall off the wall.

Very good stay.

Had a very good weekend and enjoyed my stay. Location was great for me outside Boston and I could get to Newport without too much traffic.

Not what I expected to experience for Hilton

The room was not clean, pillow case and bed sheets had dirty stains, floor had nail clippings, floor also have partial bug bodies, toilet is uneven, shower head had no pressure for water, cob webs near window area, spider webs or dust hanging from ceiling. Decided not to make a big deal about it since the price I paid for, but seriously from Hilton I expected better not to be similar to motel six. To be funny as well, I didn't expect the famous name Hilton would be using 1000 sheet Scott tissue for toliet paper! Wasn't even the ultra soft Scott tissue. The concierge took a tab longer to check me in. Then middle of the night found out my key room does not work, so went to the front desk, oh man Hilton thought the room I was staying in was available for sale! What if I was taking a shower and some people checked in the same room I was staying at. Thank goodness I found out before Hilton can rent out the room for others! I booked for 2 night but couldn't stay another night, you can say I had a bad experience with Hilton. Mention to the concierge the room was not in the greatest, she gave me those eyes that immediate pronounce me dead! Not even ooh how come or show me what happen. Ended up her just saying oh you already stayed the night( translate to me that I made the messed and I was trying to blame Hilton).

Was this really a Hilton I experienced?

Pros: The proximity to Route 128
Cons: From what I saw, the quality and training of staff left the largest room for improvement. The uncleanliness of the bathroom was likely related.
I should have known my stay would not be good when my car found what felt like a huge pothole in the parking lot on my way in, which turned out to be a manhole with the asphalt built up about 5 inches on the sides and no markings to warn drivers. As I checked in, one of the girls behind the counter actually made fun of my name, because it sounds similar to another word. The bathroom in the room was still dirty as if it had not been cleaned well. Went to the restaurant and sat at the bar where the overpriced fish and chips was made with fish sticks. Then got to experience an arrogant bartender letting the guy next to me know that Chicago and New York sports fans are the most obnoxious, so being that I am from New York and used to live in Boston for almost 2 decades, I mentioned that I am a sports fan from New York and have been sitting there quietly. To which, he responded, "I just call a spade, a spade." So, I was insulted twice by the bartender during dinner at a hotel bar of a Hilton, unreal. To top it off, I am awoken in the morning by cleaning staff in the hallway. One tries to open my door and realizes I am still in the room, then opens the next door and I can hear the female in the next room yelling at the cleaner to close the door. I've stayed at a number of Hiltons (the LAX Hilton is Amazing) and travel to Boston often. I will not stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it as the staff was a far cry from that which I am used to when staying at a Hilton.
