Overall wonderful hotel! I stayed here on my wedding night. My now husband and I wanted to escape our reception to somewhere non of our guest where staying. We booked the hotel very last minute, so I showed up in my wedding gown, and my husband in his tux. Despite my thoughts of looking ridiculous, everyone was extremely welcoming! They provided us with with a light refreshment, as well as complimentary breakfast to congratulate us! The hotel was extremely clean, well kept, and we didn't have any trouble with noise, staff being rude, etc. Easy drive to restaurants and Boston. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel. Not too far from Boston. Excellent gym but the swimming pool needs to be better cleaned. Was going to go swim, but at 7am on a Sunday morning , the towels which there were only about a dozen were all over the floor in puddles. The pool also looked very grainy and dirty

Nice, clean, friendly hotel.

Pros: Very comfortable bed and clean room.
Cons: Was a little too cold with the air con on but was unable to adjust temperature so had to turn it off.
Location: Was a short drive to local shops and restaurants and near main highway into Boston.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was close to the main highway into Boston and close to shops and restaurants.

Pros: Staff members where nice but management was not very good
Cons: Efficient response to cash paying customer concerns
I chose the hilton in dedham because of the four star rating. i stayed there 4 days july 2014. I asked specifically for a quiet room, i could clearly hear people in the next rooms conversation, so i had to move down the hall further away from comvience near the evelator/stairs. My second room adjacent door would not lock securely. I told front desk staff about it immediately and it was never fixed while i was there. Air conditioner was broken, would not stay at desired set temperature. so if i set it at 73 degrees my room would be cold at 65 degrees when i returned to my room.On;y one elevator worked while i was there, the 2nd elevator stayed broken several days. I am a very experienced traveller and i was very dissapointed, i'm not sure if i would stay there again. Travellers beware!

The most comfortable bed we've ever slept in...

Pros: The bed
Cons: True handicap rooms and closer to the elevator. Better placed A/C in the room.
in a hotel. Rita at the first desk was very helpful and the handyman explained situation. I reserved 2 handicap rooms. We received only 1. My husband and I took that one because of an injury I have. My mother-in-law got a regular room. The walk to the room was about 1/4 of a mile from the elevator. The handicap room was just a regular room with bars in the bathroom. No walkin shower as I was hoping for. Rita explained things were going to be changing at the hotel since new management took over. She showed us 2 other rooms but they were both the same as the room we were in. The AC in the room sounded like a train engine. It was very loud and the handyman told us it was because of where it was placed in the room. There was nothing he could do about it but told us he will compensate by giving us complementary breakfast vouchers.

Walking Distance

Pros: Accommodating staff
My only complaint is that there is only one entrance which can be used which is at the core of the building. If your room is at one of the ends of the building you have a very long walk.
