Stay was great, food was terrible

Pros: Everything but the food.
Cons: The Dinning, the shop to purchase things.
Location: We went to the Aquarium in Boston.
The room was wonderful, the staff was very attentive and pleasant. We had eaten dinner at the lounge area and it was terrible I only wished we had complained.

Solid performer.

Pros: Location. Very convenient to highway, shopping, dining and train to downtown.
Cons: Needs an update.
Location: Legacy Place is very close. 2 min drive to great shops, Whole Foods, cinema and dining.
This hotel covers the bases and is a good value. The whole place is older but still well maintained and highly functional. Location is one exit from Legacy Place...great shopping and eating destination.

close to the destination

Pros: close to the destination
Cons: air conditioned in theroom was so noisy
i have booked this hotel as per suggestion of my customer. Not really use a lot of facility there but feel the atmosphere is quite positive.

I loved the design of the room and the plow truck driver even helped me dig my car out of the snow

Always comfortable

We have stayed here before and have always found it to be comfortable. This is a busy hotel with lots of meetings and events, but its remarkably quiet at the same time. Great fitness facilities. Good location for getting into and around Boston and free covered parking. Problems this time included an outlet in the bathroom that didn't work and a slow toilet. Also the pool opened late on Sunday and hadn't been cleaned. The pool water was way too warm- think bath water. None the less we enjoyed our stay and the staff is great.

The hotel was great! Staff was excellent. Only problem was the facets in the bathroom didn't shut all the way off. The balance of the stay was great and we will stay there again.
