Well placed for a meeting I had to attend.

Pros: I like a full restaurant in a hotel.
Cons: I was unable to park right next to my room due to some guests having more than one car I guess.
Location: Hotel is right next to a McDonalds. I do not eat fast food so that was no help. However, there are restaurants close by.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and fairly quiet.

We stayed for 4 days. Hotel room was clean. The bathroom door needs some maintenance. The housekeeping was outstanding. The hotel location was the main reason why we picked this hotel for our short vacation. Close to the coast.

Pros: staff
Location: on the main road, easy to find. the area is so-so. I had to visit Clear Lake and the hotels there were full Deer Park is about 10 miles from Clear L
These BW facilities have only one main drawback. they have no lifts. otherwise they are very comfortable and great value for money.

yeah, it smelled of odorban, it was annoying and gave us headaches...after we booked it, we foudn out that they had not charged our card thru expedia..what a hassle to get our charge card on file with them, multiple faxes with drivers license required an everything...they gave us the wrong room, smoking with one bed, we wanted 2 beds. called them and they said that expedia messes that up all the time...right...room was very sub-standard...save your money.

This inn definately met our needs. We were looking for a clean affordable place to spend our nights after LONG days of visiting Kemah Boardwalk and the NASA Space center. Both locations were within a 20 min drive. We simply needed a clean place to crash and this definately met that need. The available breakfast was great and provided a variety such as the eggs, sausage, oatmeal, different cereals, fruit, toast, bagels, milk, juice, and coffee. That was a definate plus.

Don't Waste Your Money or Time!!

First of all, the hotel charged me fifty dollars more than I was told for four nights. I was told by Expedia that my total was a certain price INCLUDING taxes. Then, when I checked in, I was told that was without taxes and my total was going to be more than what I was told; which was actually Expedia's fault I'm guessing. So, I got past that and still stayed there because it was Memorial Weekend and I knew I wasn't going to find anything else on such short notice. But the next morning, I took a shower and closed the bathroom door to find a dirty, used towel smooshed behind the door. When my boyfriend told them about it, they said they "had no record of it." Well duh! That's why we're telling them! Then they said the room had been empty for 4 - 5 days; which meant it had been there that long. That same afternoon, after room service had came... Checked behind the door; dirty towel from previous stayers was still there. Next day, I checked my bank account and I was overdrafted because the hotel charged my card TWICE for the total amount and expected me to go the WHOLE weekend with zero dollars?!? Then, the next morning I was asked if I needed room service and I told them I needed clean towels... Never got them. These people were very unprofessional and horrible customer service and I do NOT recommend anyone to stay here. It was supposed to be a relaxing weekend; and it ended up being a nightmare with these people.

Overall, this hotel was clean. We were impressed with the breakfast offered. There were many items to choose from and all was fresh. The pool was our major hangout when there. Beds were comfortable and staff was helpful. I would recommend this to other travelers and would stay there again.
