“Location Perfect for My Needs.”

Billing was confused as they didn't know to charge Expedia rather than me. I was able to clear it up the following day and they will refund my credit card. Two light fixture switches in room were broken and third light burned out while I was there. Other than check in staff was very helpful and frendly and helpful. Room was clean. Maids and cleanup staff were great. Very open and relaxing Atmosphere. Lots of parking. Great Breakfast, lots of choices. Location was ideal. Easy to leave and to get to. Plenty of gas station and eaterys in the Area.

“Need better night clerks!!!”

Expedia did a great job booking room, and front desk clerk during day time was great ! But I was a late check in and front desk clerk acted like ,she didn't know any thing about my reservation and allowed 2 male co workers to stand around, on either side of me while I checked in hearing my name,room number etc. until I finally said excuse me but this is personal information, the male co workers said "oh that's okay". I finally had to ask them to leave and desk clerk to refrain from saying any more till they left,made me really uncomfortable.I was coming in for a funeral and had my youngest daughter with me.Ugh!
