Nice breakfast served, however rooms were not in very good shape couldn't get a couple outlets to hold a plug in. There was not much hot water, and the pressure was too low to lather in the shower

Hampton Inn is just a great place to stay. The atmosphere is welcoming and very clean. Most of all nobody beats their breakfast or their prices.

Although our stay was short, I was disappointed in our stay. Beds were not comfy (mostly pillows). There was loud noises from people outside all night, not sure if it was from other people staying or another area nearby. The main reason for booking this hotel was for the morning breakfast. We had an early start to a sporting event for my daughter and thought the breakfast would be convenient. Wrong! They had nothing. We got there at 8:30 and they had ran out of egg. Waited 15 minutes and we were told they were no longer serving egg, however, breakfast ended at 10am. There was also no milk for the cereal, no waffle batter. The only thing for breakfast were French toast strips and yogurt. There is literally a sign bragging about their breakfast next to the counter! The staff was too busy being on their phones to care. Next time, I'll go for the Holiday Inn around the corner.

The rooms and common areas had a very strong smell of cleaning supplies. I’m not sure what they were trying to cover, but it gave my colleague and I headaches and sore throats. The breakfasts were terrible. I will definitely kill for an alternative next time I come to this area in December

The hotel is overall is ok however the bed in 306 was extremely hard and our first night the fire alarm woke us at 230a.m. due to a False alarm. Had I not been in a non-refundable contract we would have checked out and went somewhere else as it was we endured another night in a hard bed. I wish they'd offer a free night stay to comp us for the disrupted sleep at another location and the hard bedding. Our son is working in the area. We'll be returning but not to that location.

breakfast is weak compared to other Hampton inns. Some Hamptons have a Social hour in the afternoons with drinks and snacks but Houston didn't offer this option. Our toilet tank would not fill up after flushing but worked alright we discovered water was turned off to tank at the wall.

uhmmmm place is not pet friendly even tho they claimed to be? had to find a sitter for my puppy last minute. while i was waiting for my sister to come pick him up. the front desk worker was calling other hotels? to see if they were pet friendly??? which i didn’t ask of her because i told her i already paid for it and i’m going to just use the room. check in was awful. being from another country or something idk threw her off. it was jus all around unpleasant. wouldn’t recommend. the hotel down the road is so much better. sure stay by best western way more worth it.

They tried to charge my card more over the night. When I talked to the front desk she argued with me about the room I was in and showed her that the room I was in was wrote on the card holder. She then got an attitude with me.

Elevators out. No mention to help with luggage or even to get a luggage cart. Put us (elderly couple) on the second floor where we had to haul up our own luggage. Hallways smell extremely musty. But room was very clean. Will not ho back to that hotel

I have a 3 and 5 year old and we had just came back from the beach, as soon as we walked in we got a call from the front desk about a noise complaint (at 6:30 pm) We wnt went to the pool and were back around 8. My husband went to rhe store and picked up pizza for the kids and I. By 9:00 we already had two more noise complints which one was from me dropping my floor on the phone, the other was me getting my youngins to lay down. The gentleman running the front counter suggested i bring my kids to the lobby to play around, which is ridiculous because how do you get two young children to go to bed after being let loose in a lobby, he also asked if we would downgrade our room and opt out for the sofa which one one of my children slept on without reimbursing us any money for going to a smaller room. He was very rude and threatened to call for help if i couldn't get my kids in control. I understand noise complaints but both of my kids were in bed by 9:30, so a complaint at six is absolutely ridiculous. The lady running the nightshift was very understanding but the gentleman working the day shift should have more training when working with customers.
