“Pleasantly surprised”

I had never stayed in a Best Western hotel before but I was pleasantly surprised with everthing about this one in Delaware Ohio. The only blip was the tight quarters in the bathroom. Otherwise it was great.

This hotel exceeded my expectations by a mile. Nice and friendly staff. Good location (it is next to several good restaurants and stores). Breakfast was good and plentiful. Room was very clean. Will definitely be staying there, the next time I am in Delaware.

We stayed in this hotel two years ago (2007) and found that the hotel had been tremendously revamped since then. The breakfast was great. The room was clean. The service was great. I recommend this hotel.

Lovely, clean and inviting - this is a great place to stay. I appreciate the coffee in the rooms and the complimentary breakfasts.

“Will use many more times”

This hotel is a couple of miles from Ohio Wesleyan University and we use it for our weekly stay to go to football games. The hotel is clean, the rooms are extremely comfortable and the pool is very clean and enjoyable.

“Good Value”

Clean and comfortable. The breakfast lacked a little imagination, but that's to be expected. There's a Bob Evans down the road.

“Very reasonable”

The room was comfortable, though the maintenance could be improved: the bathroom door didn't close completely, the towel rack was loose, the door latch got stuck (had to call for assistance), etc. But fortunately there were rooms available and I could switch to another without problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was quite elementary but sufficient. You will need a car to get around and to reach the center of Delaware. The complex includes a very good Walmart store that stays open until midnight.

“Good value in Delaware”

Not a lot of options in Delaware. My daughter goes to Ohio Wesleyan so we are up in the area two or three times a year. The Amerihost is a decent, clean hotel. Reasonable value for the money.
