Don’t take any service animal with you. This location does not seem to know the ADA laws and what they can and can not ask the owner of a service animal. My disability is not your business!!! Your website states Service animals welcome at no charge. If you take your service animal with you make sure to have a paper copy of the certificate (even though they aren’t technically allowed to ask) but a digital copy from the US Service Animal company is not “allowed”. If you aren’t going to follow by the laws and the statements on your websites you might want to adjust and learn them. Due to the staff and management now knowing the laws this led to the police getting involved. This can be a lawsuit so I would recommend training your staff and management on the laws of the ADA. I would also recommend training your staff in the ways of taking care of a customer without an attitude!!!

The staff was rude about everything from checking in to asking for a sheet for our rollaway bed. The hotel is falling apart, literally. Gross. Glad we only stayed one night.

Hot tub was out of order- staff indicated “ oh that thing hasn’t worked in ages”, toilet was clogged on arrival, telephone cord had been ripped from the wall outlet, tiles cracked in bathroom. Musty smell.

None of the lamps in the room had workable on off switches. One next to the bed didn't work at all. The others needed to be plugged in to turn on the light.

Pool hours were posted 9-8 daily, went down to pool at 8:53 and they said it was closed. I asked if it was open at 9, and they said, No closed. No reason given. We had been swimming the previous evening and everything was fine.

Everything was broken.. my side lamps didn't work, the phone didn't work Breakfast was nice my child enjoyed the pool but the hours that the pool opens and closes kind of stinks

LOUD LOUD LOUD. Couldn’t get to sleep at all due to guests slamming doors, talking in hallway, very noisy water and sewer pipes, and the jacuzzi tub above my room sounded like a helicopter all night. If you can sleep to noise, it’s the right place for you. Being ear plugs if your adventurous. Also, no elevator. Be prepared to haul all your luggage upstairs.

The room had a strong chemical smell from cleaning that didn’t go away. The tub was cracked and pinched the foot when taking a shower. The bed was comfortable and there was an included breakfast. If you stay there stick to the waffles or toast.

We stay at this hotel every 6 months when we fly into town to see my family. It’s a nice property right off a main road and has many food/shopping options near by. They also allow our puppy which is a huge plus!

Room was very clean, bed comfortable, close parking. Really liked the flooring. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. No clock radio, maybe hotels no longer provide one. Bathroom/sink area was very nice/clean, but prefer vanity and mirror in the bathroom area but was not a problem..

The room was very nice and quiet. I heard no one. The pillows soft, everything clean. I was impressed. The breakfast was fine and many other amities I did not use. For nit picking, the only thing I found wrong was the hook on the back of the bathroom door was loose. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Clean but worn. Cheap laminate in bedrooms is edges are curling from water. Breakfast not near the lobby, clear at the other end of the property 2 converted guest rooms. On September 21, the room was very hot- no air conditioning was on and food was sparse. Guests were all complaining.

Floor in our room had a wet residual from whatever cleaner they used, felt gross but was clean. The bathroom door would not close all the way. Maintenance could of been better but it worked for our one night stay. Not a long term stay in my opinion.

Other than no hot tub it was excellent. I went by Expedia s pictures thinking they had a hot tub but the hotel said it has not worked for three years so Expedia has no clue what they are renting out shame on them for false advertisement.

Arrived at hotel at 2 pm. No one was at the front desk. After several minutes of waiting and walking in and out of the door thinking maybe someone would come, I started walking down the hall trying to find an employee. Eventually, I found a maid and she called someone to come to the desk. We were told we could check in early. The excuse was that they were sold out the night before and we’re having trouble getting the guests out. I would have expected that IF the parking lot wasn’t completely EMPTY. Came back after an hour and again NO ONE was at the desk again. I started looking for someone again and found the person. She asked me 5 times if we had any pets with us after we had told her no which was irritating. Finally got a room. It was ok..nothing spectacular. Bathroom was outdated and you could see the mildew around the shower. Walls had bubbled paint or wallpaper. Next morning, maid knocked on our door at 8 wondering if we were still there. Check out wasn’t until 11 but we had a maid knocking at 830 to see if we left yet.

Good for an overnight stay
The rooms did not look very super cleaned, but clean enough. Beds were a little hard but that's ok. The entry way up to our room was not cleaned the whole weekend, there was the same piece of paper on the floor the whole time, I finally picked it up and threw it away before leaving. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, with no explanation why. My daughter with chronic anxiety had a panic attack due to this, I am just happy everyone was safe. We didn't even get an apology for it the next morning. The pool is not heated but it was nice, just a little shock at first. Overall, for an overnight stay it wasn't bad. The front desk clerk at check in was extremely friendly.

The desk clerk at check in was very friendly and helpful. The hotel hallways were hot and humid. A/C and fan in room didn’t work consistently. The gym equipment either didn’t work or worked poorly. The room seemed mid remodeling. A coat of paint doesn’t fix everything. The towels were very soft.
