Booked through Expedia but upon arrival the hotel reception stated they did not have any record of the reservation. Fortunately they had vacancy and I paid for a night; so I essentially paid twice. The individual at reception had no empathy for the situation, and simply told me that they had no record of the reservation made earlier in the day there was no effort to look into what had happened, or to even verify any information with me. This is what frustrated me most - the lack of caring or concern - there was none, although I was told they were experiencing computer problems so that might have been the problem? In any event Expedia handled it promptly and I am in process of receiving refund for the excess payment but reception at the hotel after a long drive and late at night was not acceptable. Other than that the property was clean and comfortable.

The way the toilet, shower and sink are not in same location is ridiculous. I was trying to surprise propose to my girlfriend. Kind of hard to surprise her with the suit when she can SEE you getting prepared.

From the point of walking in the door the staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby is clean and inviting. The room is very clean. I like that there are no carpets as this adds to cleanliness

Was a nice clean and updated hotel. Room was nice. Mercie at the front desk was wonderful and very welcoming. Only Complaint was loud people in other rooms near us.

Everyone at the desk was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and up-to-date. It did not stink in the room. They allowed us to stay after checkout and use the indoor heated pool. I am very happy with my stay.

Coming in on a friday the hotel clerk was rude upon check in. The rooms are ok, but it wasn't very clean. I was told they were short housekeepers. There were crumbs all over our room floor and the bathtub wasn't cleaned. Saturday there was a note in our room saying they didnt get to our room for cleaning, so two days dirty room. We asked front desk for more shampoo and was limited to one each. Sunday on check out I asked to speak to manager and asked to get atleast $50 returned to me for the very dirty room and no manager on duty. The desk clerk called the head of housekeeping via radio who was extremely snotty and said for me to leave a note for manager and he would see it on Monday. More than likely it will be ignored as we will be back home. The free breakfast was cold and omelets tasted funny. I wouldn't recomend staying here. The rooms are dirty and staff is snotty. I really wasn't impressed.

The hotel was clean and the staff super friendly. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! Didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting. I would definitely stay agai!!

Our room did not get cleaned the first night. I asked two separate people to make sure it got cleaned. Nothing! I asked that the manager call me the next day and for two days never heard from a manager.
