“Will be back.”

Although it took some minutes for the warm water to arrive, like 10 min, the shower was great. Room comfort was excellent and food was reasonable and service was very good. So for what I paid in India the value for money is very good. I will definitely go back there. My use of the hotel was for business. Location to and from airport is excellent and getting onto the ring road is also good. But there is nothing to see in the area.

“Disappointing: better options are surely available”

I was in the hotel for about 10 hours, resting before an early a.m. international flight. I had a windowless, shabby room that seemed almost intentionally depressing. The bed was comfortable at least, but that small benefit was not worth the price. Also irritating was that the hotel provides transport from the airport free of charge, but not to the airport. At 2 a.m. this is not something a guest wants to be told after assuming -- based on the website -- that transportation both ways would be part of the charge (especially for such a short stay!). And then the hotel's 'travel desk' charged me 600 rupees for the 10-minute drive to the main airport terminal. That seems an excessive price. But again, at 2 a.m. one doesn't usually want to deal with haggling and/or going outside to find a cheaper option. I wouldn't stay here again.

“should not be a priority hotel for anyone”

Front desk is very disorganised. The restaurant was closed for the guests as there was a wedding reception going on in the restaurant. Rooms were very modest for expensive rate. Overall cleanliness of the hotel is barely acceptable. Certainly did not meet the standard for a 3 star hotel
