Not worth the money

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights at the end of our journey in India. The hotel was located very bad, with no restaurants or shops in the area! The breakfast was bad and the staff was not good either! Safety box was locked when we arrivered, and it took more than 30 minutes to open. They didnt bring towels, so we only got 1 set. (we called and asked for one more). When we asked for a taxi, the price was more than two times the prepaid the other way. The electricity was cut like 10 times the first evening. Overall a bad experience.

Hotel Staff friendly and helpful.Complmentery Breakfast is good . Hotel service is good and no need to repeat once the hotel know your daily requirement.Hotel has been well maintained and room is clean and room service is good. Hotel location is slightly further from major shopping malls and tourist attraction but this can be offset on the quietness from the room since it is away from the main road. Surrounding areas stings and road can be muddy and wet at times especially if it rains though this is not the fault of the hotel but as usual the Indian goverment not taking much interest just like in other areas of India. .Gymn is under renovation as I was told and hopefully this will soon be on operational state.Tv programes are good with a good combination of english and local languages and also good sports programe.Telephone connections needs to be improved. Presently all calls made from room need to be done through front desk .It will be good if there is direct connection available from the room for faster service. Hotel amenities does meets the basic requirements from a 3 star hotel point of view.I was staying with my young daughter and I find it safe to leave her alone in the room.Safety and cleanliness is always my 1st priority and on that note I will recommend anyone to stay in this hotel as I will still comeback on my next stay whenever opportunity arises either for business or for holiday.

Emblem Hotel Gurgaon

Driving to the hotel is like going to New Delhi city. Crowded, busy, noisy and lots of activities. Going to a gated hotel, one is transformed to a totally new experience. The hotel is new, clean and like an oasis in its surroundings. I recommend this hotel if you use it as a point to go to other places. Otherwise, walking or going to the area sightseeing I don't think is ideal.

Breakfast was kind of poor quality... Thank god it was free! The staff like Bell-clerk, waiter, etc... were very friendly and offering excellent service. On the other hand, the management definitely needs work.
