Breakfast kitchen staff not trained at all. Standing around talking to each other, gave no service at all. Food tasted old and not good at all. Rio. Service in room dining too slow and staff not friendly at all. Reception girl name Slaoni, way too slow and charged for room whe already paid for via expedia. Had to get it corrected. Rooms need renovation, hotel is old.

The property is nice because it’s so big. We could walk outside without getting on the main road. I’m general the employees were good. We asked for a quiet room and they assured us the room was quiet but had given us a room right off of the lobby and meeting area. So we got it switched. Wasn’t really a problem but it would’ve been nice to not lie about it at first and give us what we asked for. :) Less hassle. Overall a nice stay tho.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, The rooms are nice, clean, spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was you're not allowed to bring outside food so you be forced to eat in their restaurant or order room service. We are both diabetics we need food that is readily available for us especially if we get hypoglycemic or when our sugar gets low

Reception staff were exceptional both on my arrival and departure. Bar service was poor. Hotel staff ( maybe be mid management ) using bar area as a meeting point and office. Staff were more focused on them rather than the customers.

This property is reasonably priced; it has beautiful surroundings and could be considered a resort. The service was exceptional. I had laundry washed, pressed and returned in 3 hours in a nice package. This place is highly recommended.

Dirty rooms, housekeeping seriously needs to be trained well. The washroom trash wasn't emptied and had garbage from previous people. Shower, sinks, toilet, really hot cleaned well at all. Bed linens were the most uncomfortable. Hotel hallways had weird smell of some kind not pleasant at all. In room dining waiter was super unfriendly. Reception staff taking forever to check in, eventhough we mentioned ahead we have only 6 hrs before we check-out for early morning flight and wanted to catch shut eye. Will not recommend and will not stay here again. We have stayed here before when it wasn't under Four Points, service has terribly gone down under Four Points management. Major issue is Cleaningness, also if you book 2 twins bed because you are traveling with a child, beware you can't push the bed together, they have built in night table which is unnecessary.

We stayed here to be close to the airport. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way when we had trouble getting an Uber. Neeta the Duty Manager, Savio at Front Desk, Sheetal the Loyalty Manager and all of their staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are decent and clean. Food at The Eatery was good and plenty of variety.

Amazing accomodating staff. Room and beds were very comfortable. Live patathas for breakfast with perfect cup of tea was the highlight. Food is excellent, worth the price.

Horrible checkin experience, did not provide any information about amenities, dining options, Wi-Fi access. Ordered Coffee in room, which was served lukewarm. Dining experience was horrible, with staff inattentive, had to wait for 20 minutes to even have someone bring me water, that too after asking. On positive note, when approached the manager to offer my feedback, they were receptive and apologized, offered free coffee. It does appear to be a training issue for the reception staff.
