Didn’t inform of remodeling.
They were under a remodel and they moved me to a hotel two doors down. Hopefully once the remodel is finished everything will be better.

Room was not that great as shown on the app. Sorry to say the room was dirty and not well maintained. AC seemed to be working but the whole night had to suffer a lot. The room was not according to the price

A hellhole!
Shockingly filthy with stained bed linen with cigarette burns, no hot water, defunct shower and very noisy due to all night gathering of people directly outside room- dark hole of a kitchen was too grim to even contemplate eating in the restaurant

Dirty stay.
Dirty bed sheets with stains. Dirty blankets, pillows and used towels. Sagging memory foam beds. Very slow check-in pprocess. Good wifi though.

I arrived hungry and thirsty - asked if they had a bar - No! I asked is there a place nearby I can eat and grab a beer (No) - they tried to tell me not to go outside as there was nothing available - I could clearly see on arrival there was! I was escorted to my room and the guy spent too much time showing me how things work I had to practically push him out the door - this is the only time I have felt unsafe as a single female traveller (I even put a chair against the door) - when I went out they tried to stop me and ask where I was going - a very weird hotel not for single female travellers! I had been travelling in India for 5 weeks b4 I got to this creepy hotel !

Staff was not aware of what sort of booking it is when booked online and trying to fit into different room what was not available and have to explain through whole booking is been made for different type of room and was unaware of that booking amount is already been paid in full.

Hotel of Horrors
Hotel shuttle didn't come, take a cab there and be greeted by 12 men standing around staring at you doing nothing except soliciting tips, its boiling hot in the lobby, then in your room, AC is terrible. When you leave your room for anything at any point prepare to be asked if you're finally checking out (even if you're there for more than one night) lock on the door isn't safe, staff is so creepy. They'll ask you for an advance on your bill... I was there with my boyfriend and they refused to take my order and kept deferring to him at the restaurant and the food is no good, this place is NOT female friendly ladies please dont stay here!! Tons of nice hotels with kind staff and real locks on the door keep looking!

Hotel by the Delhi Airport - Below Average
I stayed here for one night with some friends. The online presentation presentation seemed very nice and proper but showing up to the hotel the appearance was not the same. The hotel and the room was not clean. The wifi service was terrible. It only worked in the hotel lobby area. There are numerous of other hotels on this same street and this one was disappointing.

We had a confrontational clerk at the reception desk. We had booked through Expedia, with a total price including taxes, and he was trying to charge us tax again, when the room tax was clearly listed under tax was on his computer screen. We were only staying for a few hours before flying out at night, with the thougnt that we could relax outside of the airport. We had no intention of staying the night, would not use tbe shower, pictures of the place were very misleading, dining area was not clean, tea was unpleasant, could not get out of there fast enough.

I took one look at the room and checked out. Huge stains on bed... extremely dirty walls, shower, no window. Avoid at all cost!!

Watch for the hidden fees
Over all, this was a nice place to stay overnight, at least for its price. One thing though, despite its saying here at their web, it accommodate up to 3 people, but you have to specify you have three people in your group, otherwise the hotel will charge you extra R1000 for the third person.

As a tourist for this price I was not please with what was there. Kind staff buy the room was not as clean looking as I would wish. For cheaper I would stay there but I think there Expedia price is way inflated

Dirty linen, lousy staff. Despite booking airport pick up and drop, hotel charged me. Now that is another fight with hotels.com. Bad breakfast. Claustrophobic elevator for just 3 ppl.

The bathroom kitchen sink was leaking, reported to the front office, but no action was taken. Morning breakfast was horrible. Room service was bad. Overall bad place to stay.

Very disappointed with every aspect of the stay
Not normally one to write a review but felt people needed to be warned of this hotel. Primarily booked this purely as a over night stay as it was close to the airport and awaited a flight early next morning, was a budget hotel so I was not expecting the Ritz just a place to rest my head for the night, however this was the last thing I got for the following reasons: -Got to the room which on the outset looked adequate, however getting into the toilet it was obviously it had not been cleaned properly in some time. -No hot water, as you had to turn on the boiler in each room and wait for ages, so long that I gave up and had a cold shower which barely dribbled out the nozzle. -No toilet paper in the toilet and after phoning reception, waiting an hour, going down and re-requesting, I finally managed to get some on the third time, although they had simply nicked some paper towels from the restaurant. - Loudest Aircon I have ever heard, so much so I had to switch it off and sweat, the planes and traffic outside were however just as load as the windows were very thin. -Spent all night itching, I hate to think why this was. - Had a vegetable rice dish from the restaurant, found a hair so I stopped eating it. - TV kept loosing power as the socket connection to the wall was so loose.

One to forget
Arrived at 2.30am expecting a family deluxe room to be ready; it wasn't! Hotel claimed that Hotels.com had not sent through the booking so an alternative room was offered - only had a bed for 2, a/c unit was leaking, could have done with a good clean and on a floor with no lift - not much fun with 8 pieces of luggage. The service was at a snails-pace, breakfast was very poor (choice and quality) and service non-existent. After everything I was charged the full pre-booked price and offered the "proper room" for my stay a week later - which I promptly cancelled!

ITS AN ILL MANAGED PROPERTY...SKIP AND AVOID
Dirt everywhere. Linen on bed with foot prints and surprisingly no housekeeping staff in the evening. NO WIFI IN THE ROOM BREAKFAST IS A JOKE..I MEAN ITS REAL JOKE. Staff didn't recognize what was mentioned in the booking as respect to services and amenities for a Premium room.

i just stay one night here with my friend. its really good environment. this hotel is so beautiful and clean. its only 20-30 minutes away from the international airport. they have good and fun environment.

Good Hotel Nearby Airport
We booked a family room and found it spacious enough. A decent and cheap hotel nearby airport is hard to find. This being on main road has to be competitive and good. Everyone in my family liked the food we ordered. They have a good sitting area and a restaurant too. Front desk people are good and friendly. We asked them to arrange a cab for us to visit akshardhaam temple. Everything was arranged quickly and nicely.

Disappointed.
We booked at 37 and arrived late in the night as transit passenger from USA (late night arrival was notified). When we arrived, they decided to put us in a shabby hotel next door. I would have never stayed there except that we did not have a choice at late night. We are very disappointed with this arrangement.

Close to New Delhi airport
Only good thing was that it was close to airport. The room was not very clean. No view out of small window and very dark. Large flat screen was good to fill in time while waiting for flight. Kitchen didn't look too clean either so we didn't eat there. Not many choices in surrounding area either. Did have hot water...but bathroom not very clean either.

Decent budget hotel close to airport
Decent budget stay. Staff here are good, room service was very efficient. Room was fine, clean, spacious enough with TV and AC. Bathroom was fine. Breakfast is limited, no fresh fruit or fruit juice. Restaurant definitely needs attention, first of all it needs a good clean, especially the glass door, windows and table tops as they look quite grubby, covered in marks and finger marks. They need to clean the tables between guests at breakfast.

Terrible.
It was very bad experience we had. There was very bad unbearable smell in the room and the lobby. We couldn't sleep whole night. We complained but the staff wasn't helpful. They ignored the complain. We had cold shower as the boiler wasn't working. They charged us full amount. They didn't give any compensation for the inconvenience. I will not recommend any one this hotel. Waste of money.

We spend 1 night in Hotel Delhi-37, Close to the airport Verry friendly staff,nice clean rooms, good beds.The restaurant downstairs is verry good,as also the tasty breakfast,because we had to leaf very early we got breakfast, in half hour before normal breakfast time.Good service,thanks

The hotel is wonderful. Me and my wife visited Delhi for my sister's wedding shopping. People at the hotel are professional. Rooms are big in size with all amenities.The staff were very helpful to arrange a cab for us to visit different shopping places. I would like to stay here again if I visit Delhi. Guys beware of Karol Bagh market, people at roadside will try to sell twice the price of jewellery.

Good Hotel
My stay at the hotel was good as i had to catch a flight after 4 hours i thought i could take a small nap. I came from punjab after attending my friend's wedding and had to fly to canada. The rooms were tidy and clean. People at hotel had smile on their face. Wifi was free and fast.

It was a nice hotel on the main road and very nearby the airport. Hotel staff was nice and helped a lot in arranging many things very easily and quickly. Hotel has decent inclusions while booking which makes it easier to select as per your requirements. I was able to book it along with airport transfer which made it easier and save money. Food was good too. Room was spacious and AC was effective.
