Good location but service could improve

The hotel was difficult to find even with good instructions. Room was ok in general but the sheets were a bit stained and there were some weird (moth?) repellent balls everywhere in the room, bathroom, drawers etc and they smelled very strong. The service was a bit lazy but nothing very unusual. They didn't seem to be up-to-date with the reservations so checking in was very slow and complicated. Otherwise nothing to complain.

extremely un-cooperative and rude staff.

The hotel is satisfactory but the staff are very un-cooperative and rude. The hotel reception staff refuesed to honour its special offer of a free airport pickup and tried to pass on a fee of 600rps for the taxi fare. Only after a stand up argument lasting approx 3 hours did gthe hotel back down and wear the cost. Beware of any special offers advertised by this hotel. Spoilt the whole hotel experience.
