All our bookings were done via Expedia. I contacted the Grand Park Hotel about location etc. The manager Mr Pai assisted us from the very first communication we had till our departure from India. He organised our pick up, tours and recommended fantastic sight seeing places. Staff at the hotel were neat, well dressed and together came their politeness, courteous and friendly approach. Staffs were honest and helpful. Loved the white clean linen, bed and the clean room. Toilet & bath were impressive, clean as could be. If you're looking for a clean hotel then Grand Park Inn is it. Location is great if you're looking for shopping. Metro station is a walking distance, rickshaw & autos are 2 minutes walk away. I agree with the previous reviewer..ATM machines are very handy and this is about 5 minutes walk towards the shopping centre. We visited Agra & I forgot to purchase a particular souvenir. Grand Park Inn manager Mr Pai organised and handed me the souvenir the very next day and that too was a complimentary gift from the hotel!! Now isn't that a great gesture. Yes the hotel hot water system is operated from the reception area but that was not a problem. Each time we called the reception, they happily switched the hot water system on. "Go Greens - save water & electricity". We had a fantastic time at the hotel Grand Park Inn. At the hotel we were treated with respect and dignity. Great place to stay.

“EXCELLENT STAFF and EXCELLENT SERVICE”

We reached the hotel at 10pm. The manager and his staff were waiting for us. Check in was within minutes and hot meals as per our requisition was prepared in no time. Staff were extremely friendly, honest , respectful and jumped to assist at any point of time. During our tour to India we stayed at 15 hotes and GRAND PARK INN took the crown for cleanliness. Bathroom, toilet, floors and stairways were clean and tiles well polished & shinny. Grand Park Inn sure was better than some of the 5 star hotels we stayed at. You are assured of security & safety in this hotel. Tours are well organised with safe, neat and English speaking drivers. Grand Park Inn - WOW factor !!!!!! Excellent hotel with excellent service !!!!!!!!!!! Beautiful India with lovely people. When in India, for ladies, it would be appropriate to cover up and dress up appropriately, respecting the culture, people and the country. Beautiful old heritage buildings, a ride in the metro & utilisation of the metro as transport is great. Bargain bargain & bargain for the best prices when shopping. Drink bottled water at all times and you will be just as healthy and fine.

“A Very Nice Hotel In Delhi.”

When we arrived, we were welcomed by the hotel manager, who organised our luggage to be collected from our car and taken to our rooms. The hotel team were very friendly and helpful at all times. This hotel also has 2 other properties in Delhi and we were offered to stay in there new hotel at no extra cost. I would definately stay in this hotel on my next visit to Delhi.

I was in Delhi to watch the Commonwealth Games. I am female and travelling alone but the hotel staff were excellent from the taxi at the airport when I arrived to the last day when I had a room to shower and change before my evening flight. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the clean, air conditioned, economical Metro. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - the manager was able to provide information on everything I needed to know. The area is an experience but I never felt unsafe !

Manager & the staff made a difference! Excellent Service! Security was greatly taken care of by the management! Manager and staff were dedicated to meet our expectations and requirements. Manager provided accurate information on tours, arranged our 30 days tour with polite and respected driver which was an experience. I keep on chosing Hotel Grand Park Inn for my stay as I feel the staff genuinely cares, available, ready to help, and support with a smile. Hotel pick up was great. Manager greeted us at the door. Efficient check in process! Rooms were large, extremely clean especially the toilet & the bath, floors sparkling and dust free. Great cook who would prepared our meals at the late hours, especially upon late arrivals from tours. Staff are attentive, patience and honest. We had access luggage and the manager Mr Pai organised our freight services with the professionals who packed, sealed and completed all documentation in the hotel and that too for the cheapest price compared to other freight companies. Yes, Mr Pai the manager sure does have a lot of networking and general knowledge of the important matters relating to tourist & tourism. Extremely professional, polite, honest and well respected manager that I have come across in India..Mr Pai. I've stayed in 10 hotels in my trip to India and this included Raddisson in Khajaraho & Hyatt in Kolkatta, I can say with a pride that Hotel Grand Park Inn, the staff and the manager took the crown for excellent service.

This hotel catered for all our needs. Staff were efficient and tried hard to be helpful. It was easy to get cooked food on request and breakfast was included. Karol Bagh isn't the most attractive neighbourhood but largely free of touts and hassles. It is centrally located so it was easy to get anywhere else. The metro station is about 5 minutes walk. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

Hotel Grand Park Inn was an overall good experience. The service from the staff is great. I definitely recommend you get drivers through them. Yes, the drivers will take you to their friend's markets (commission for them), but if you don't feel like buying things, just be firm with your 'no'. They are always ready and willing to help at the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel is decent too. The noise from outside is something you will have to deal with (horns honking throughout the night), but hey, its Delhi, a very crowded city, and its to be expected. Walking around the hotel was not the best of an experience, especially for a female. As a female, you really should dress as similiar as you can to the local women (cover up!). Delhi is a very interesting city. I enjoyed the experience! Definitely, do a day trip to Agra! The hotel can set you up with this. Also, we did a day trip to see the Ganges River in the town of Garmukteshwar. It was around a 2 hour drive, but it was an interesting drive through many small towns. Its the closest town to Delhi where you can see the Ganges River (most people go to Haridwar to see the river which is much farther). If its your first time to India, the poverty (and driving) will be overwhelming, but you really come back appreciating even more all that you have! Btw, yes, I would return to this hotel if visiting Delhi in the future.

“Good Mid-Range Hotel in Delhi”

Our room at the Grand Park was quite large (with a queen and twin beds), clean, and quiet. Breakfast was included and served at tables on the rooftop - there were 2 options, quite basic but decent. We also ordered room service for dinner from the restaurant once which was very good. In terms of the location, we chose this area because we were joining a tour group that met in Karol Bagh. The area does appear quite run-down however, the Karol Bagh market was nice to stroll through and the modern Delhi metro is within walking distance of the hotel. The staff at the Grand Park were helpful and I was thrilled they had a water cooler in the lobby with clean water so we could fill up our own water bottles. (We felt terrible buying so many plastic water bottles in India but didn't want to risk drinking the water on our short trip.) Overall, this hotel totally met our expectations.
