Very poor services,bed sheets are dirty,no towels/soaps in room .

Service nightmare

One of the worst service ever. Staff is impolite, uncomcerned and terrible in service often missing out on complete orders!

Close to airport

We just had to take rest for 5-6 hrs here before flying to US. Hotel was impressive, rooms were quite big, but thr room that was allotted first had no wifi signal nor any mobile signal. so we requested for a change, then we'd to ask for the change of bed-sheets as they were not at all clean. Rooms are quite big and Hotel is also quite ok for an overnite stay.

Avoid if you can

All the reviews said - don't go there. They were right. The staff were incompetent and rude and the hotel is a slum. I was concerned that I would catch something from the sheets. The only reason I booked it was because it was close to the airport. I booked two nights and checked out shortly after checking in. There are other hotels that are much better value closer to the airport. I have travelled widely in India and this is one of the worst places I have stayed at.

Hotel under major construction, yet they continue to rent out rooms

This hotel says they are 3 star, however they are not even worth one star. Few negatives :: 1. This hotel is under construction, there is no safe entry to main desk. The workers are working day and night on every floor and you will be hearing hammer sounds almost all the time. 2. The toilet was not working properly 3. The room wall had major cracks, the switches in the room were 1920's so you can clearly see the loose wiring. 4. Food were not good at all, and The buffet breakfast was just a joke. 5.The hotel is not at the place where it's shown in expedia's map, so if you have some work near chanakyapuri and you are going for that reason, don't book this hotel, it is near hotel star and other mahipalpur hotels. 6. The electricity failed and they had no backup generators. All in all it's not worth the money, this hotel is not even worth 1 star. It's better to stay at any other hotel than this,.

Worst hotel experience

This hotel is dingy, old, and inconveniently located near the airport. Wi-fi is only on the ground floor (when it works) and this is not where they typically keep their guests. They claim there is no way to catch a cab, so you are at their whim to get a cab to any part of the city (and they will try to get as much money as is possible out of your cab ride- because they get commission). There is NO safe for you to keep valuables (and the lock on the door doesn't necessarily work either - check it). The customer service was very poor as well - except for the guy at the travel desk, Kishan (he was quite nice).

comfort hotel with poor cleaniness

a very good hotel but extremely poor clean room. the pillow cover and bedsheets were not changed from the last occupents. room service was extremely poor. the room was very comfortable.
