First impressions were pleasing, modern hotel in market area of Delhi. Karol Bagh is one great market suburb within Delhi, safe to walk through and many treasures can be found. Hotel was comfortable, bed hard rather than firm. Initially put us in room with no window and a friendly cockroach appeared prompting a room change.Second room had window to street, although noisy in evening, at night very quiet. If you stay in Jan as anywhere within India be prepared for chilly nights and no hotel has heating as for 50weeks of the year its hot! Hot water was a challenge, but once through it was very good. Recommend using morning as evening flaky. Breakfast wasn't good, none first day and second, little at all. Staff tried and helpful. Hotel needs to sharpen up, buy better breakfast and work on quality in rooms. On reflection having spent 2 further weeks in India, it wans't the worst but by no means the best for what we found in Agra/Jaipur for the same money.
