“Small Treasure”

After traveling for several days (and hotels) in India, I was pleasantly surprise with Palace Heights Hotel. The rooms were small but beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff was absolutely wonderful, excellent service!!!

“Excellent Delhi hotel”

For a "3 star" hotel in a great location, the service was excellent. We received fresh fruit, water and cookies daily. Breakfast was included and offered variety. Service at front desk for airport transfers, etc. was excellent. The location is terrific, a block from the metro, well located within good and varied shopping and and dining.

The rooms are small but the bed is huge! Nice marble bathroom very clean. Some buiding work going on around hotel at present. Attentive staff especially in restaurant.Would reccomend for a short stay in Delhi. Range on shops nearby.

“Comfortable and friendly”

We have stayed at this hotel on a number of visits to Delhi. It is by far the most comfortable that we have stayed, and it is great value for money. The staff are very friendly and obliging. We had hoped to keep it a secret, but alas....

“Reliable hotel at the heart of New Delhi - recommended”

Perfectly situated at Connaught Place, the Palace Heights hotel is a small, clean, comfortable 3* hotel. Rooms are compact but well appointed with comfortable beds, efficient plumbing and thoughtful comforts - bottled water, fruit, etc. The staff are smart, helpful and efficient. The in-house restaurant Zaffran offers good Indian food and attentive service. Wifi is free. Airport pickup was painless. What could be better? The abiliity to dial direct for international calls. And a view - ask for a room that looks outwards, rather than into a chaotic back yard. The hotel is on the second floor (there is a lift), adjacent to the well-known Embassy restaurant at Connaught Place Inner circle, E block. Rajiv Chowk metro station is very close by. Summary: it's not the Imperial, but it doesn't pretend to be. Recommended.

“Clean tidy 3-Star Boutique Hotel”

Excellent boutique hotel. Clean and tidy, although rooms fairly small. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Turbaned gentleman at front desk very polite, friendly and helpful. Sayed one night and had breakfast - best coffee in India! Manager very efficient at organising airport transfer. Good place for a quick stay!
