Good place to stay as a hub in Dehli. Liked the terrace on the rooftop for dinning and relax! Felt pretty safe and the staff suggested nice tips to get everything I needed during my stay

The room was nice and the area decent, as well as close to the Karol Bagh station. It was the service of the staff that set Pooja Palace apart. I had a couple of mishaps (one where i lost my room key, another where I contacted Delhi belly) and the staff were helpful and supportive at entry turn. They even came into my room to check that I was okay. I appreciated the staff and enjoyed my stay.

Conveniently located for shopping and well connected to Delhi Metro. Property is in a reasonable condition but would benefit from better training of management and staff. Breakfast options are minimal. There was lack of effort to better connect and serve the guest.

Enjoyed my stay. The front desk was very helpful in helping me organize sightseeing and the room was modern and clean. All the staff were very attentive and helpful too. There was an issue with the WiFi when I was there, but it was fixed late at night.

Some hotel rooms upgraded and have good bathroom facilities others old and not working very well. Hot water availability variable. Poor WiFi signal and reception staff very poor. Ordered breakfast box to take for early start, finally after repeated requests results in 2 dry slices of toast alone. Restaurant/coffee shop poor.

Stayed here with Intrepid and then returned later for two more nights on our return to Delhi. Staff are really friendly and helpful and the facilities are pretty good. The hotel is located in a quiet cul de sac but near to a bustling market, bars and restaurants and Karol Bagh metro station - only a few stops to Connaught Place. We returned to the hotel late on the night of the main Diwali day where Delhi was awash with fireworks and I mean awash - it was lovely coming in after a long train journey, a stressful auto-rickshaw drive from the train station (because of said fireworks) to the calm, peace and safety of Hotel Pooja Palace and to be offered a nice cup of chai.

The Poojah Palace was just right for what we required in a hotel. It's location and convenience to the markets and the metro made it all the more suitable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay here while in Delhi. Great value for money.

Let's not forget that hotels mean business. Scenario #1:on my first day, i asked how do i get around using the metro, and asked for a map. The reception told me that they dont have a map, and someone is bringing it and will be explaining It to me. The man with the map came and told me that metro is complicated and offered his service to tour me privately. What a business proposal. Scenario #2:i had a bad eye injury (one eye patched)and I requested if i can extend for 6 hrs and just pay for a penalty. They made me pay in full. Scenario #3: i asked for them to call for a metered taxi, and they told me that they have their own and its a fixed price. I insisted to call for a metered taxi, but they told me that all taxis will still cost me the same. Since i was one eyed and helpless, i just said yes. Yes...most hotels are very business oriented.

the hotel is very close to shopping places and next to the metro in karol Barg quite at nite need more sigh board on the main road and it is too in side of the road or need a landmark.over all is a good hotel with security

We loved our stay at the Pooja Palace, it was an excellent choice The staff were very welcoming and always keen to help with enquiries about attractions to visit and good places for shopping.. Amit, on reception, is an exceptionally good host.. Our deluxe room was spacious with a decent bathroom, well lit, quiet and the cable TV with wifi was very good The rooftop terrace and cafe were excellent value and the food delicious Position is great, a couple of minutes from Karol Bagh Metro station and the busy market street but being down a side street means noise isn't a problem. We would stay here again with no hesitation

This was a good first stop in Delhi. A great place to shop and only 5 minutes from the tube. Not all taxi drivers can find the hotel so recommend printing a map so drivers can see how to get from Karol bagh metro station to the hotel (its a 5 minute walk). Hotel staff very friendly and rooms are decent along with some western TV channels and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is basic but good. No frills but exactly what I wanted.

Great service at a great hotel in Karol Bagh. Karol Bagh is one of the major shopping districts in Delhi, and although hectic, felt extremely safe. The staff at the Hotel Pooja Palace did a great job accommodating us on our first trip to India. For the price, it's one of the best deals you can find. The staff were attentive, helpful, and very friendly. The hotel was clean, and felt very safe and included breakfast as well, which was actually quite convenient. Overall, great value for a great hotel with great service. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Delhi to come stay at this hotel.

It was a comfortable 2 nights stay as we were just there to spend the night .... but the first thing noticed was that there was a little bit of smell in one of the pillows ... and when we told the reception to change the pillow covers they agreed but no one came to change it. Also, had to tell the reception to switch on the boiler for the hot water as it was not available at night and in early morning hours ... so had to wait for 10 mins after he started the boiler ... overall the food was good and the location was convenient for us to go to all the places we were supposed to go. Would only recommend this hotel if you only need to spend the night and are not expecting way too much from a hotel. Also I feel that we paid a little extra for the room which was not up to the mark. All in all a good hotel but could have been much much better for the price we paid.

The cleanliness of room scores highly but the toilet is not at all clean and full of germs. To locate hotel is a daunting task.The hotel tel no given in Hotels.com booking confirmation was a wrong no and it took a while for me to find the hotel on my own very late evening. Upon check in close to mid night found was no remote control for AC. I called them twice and was told they will send it across. But nobody brought the remote for AC. Then I decided no point in pursuing well past mid night. Apart from this lapse in service and poor cleanliness of toilet, it will rate decent for their tariff.
