Near to airport Not bad experience Room service ok

Rest room is not clean enough. Hotel is in remote place. Dinner food was very bad. I feel that service is better.

Positive side: Short distance to international airport and transpportation from hotel to airport was included in the fair hotel price. Negative side: Nothing to do in the hotel surroundings. I don't understand that they don't establish an internet cafe with international phone calls or a cafe.

It was good this time. Particularly for the price. My last stay had a challenge or 2, but my stay in Jan. 2013 was very satisfactory!

I was disappointed the minute i entered the room, the place was stinking, and the bathroom tiles had fallen off. Sheets were stained! I quickly booked myself another room and left as soon as i could. Dont believe the pics!

the room was untidy ,the bed sheet was not clean and unhygenic scince customer arrived late in evening there interaction with the service person was rude

Always try to stay optimistic when it comes to returning to a hotel where a previous visit was OK but could have been better. This hotel falls into that category but fell short of the needed improvements to keep my business. Was put in an inferior room, toilet leaked, room could have been cleaner - ie: sheets and floor. Honestly, looked worse than I remember from my previous visit. Was easy for the driver to find however and only took minutes by taxi from the airport.

First, let me say that the sign and the name make this property sort of confusing. Make sure that you go to the "RUNWAY HOTEL" and none other - note that there is no "Airport" in the name. It's not on the sign either and may confuse your driver. Better yet, just call the hotel and let them pick you up. Confusion best avoided. A plus side to this budget property is that it is somewhat farther off the main road than most of its competitors, making it a bit quieter for the noisy area. Otherwise its all budget, but good and clean. The staff was excited to have me there and made sure that everything was in good order. This is a great property at a great price considering some of the pricier hoteliers offering less for more in the same area.
