“modest front desk managers”

although we got a double-bed-room for a 3-Adult booking we got a good deal and rest all was wonderful. all the three front desk managers we interacted were very modest and humble. complementary breakfast has good variety. locality is very convinient for daily trips, marketing, metro, etc. we would prefer the same place any time we visit Delhi.

“Great Feelings”

To start from our rooms they were newly renovated rooms , not expected by us . They had newly designed interiors , Flat TV , Nice Bed sheets and very clean bathrooms . Also the Local Sightseeing was also good by the hotel car . We have a work with Sandeep , the hotel owner . Who was very abitious with his plans . It is a nice family run hotel . Also the hotel in located near to very big market . Delhi Metro is also at a short walking distance . Overall we had a comfortable & safe stay . Will surely come back again .

The Hotel was a nice , clean hotel . During my 1 day visit they took good care of me . The Rooms , Bathrooms , Restaurant all were nice . Also the in room amenities were also unexpected but were quite good . Overall a good stay and worth coming again .

“friendly, clean, budget hotel”

I have stayed in this hotel five times. They have recently refurbished it and I like it even more. It is inexpensive, friendly, safe and has free wifi. As a woman traveler, I appreciate the airport pickup (extra) and the welcoming staff. There is a fridge and safe in the room. The area is not special; I take a taxi in and out which suits me. If you want a five-star place in a leafy, upscale neighborhood, this is not your hotel. However, it is a perfect budget option and I recommend it to others.

“Excellent Hotel”

I have to say that when I first drove through the local area to the hotel "what have I booked" but I have to say that sometimes first impressions can be wrong. The hotel is well situated to some of the big attractions, shopping in the area is a great mixture of everything that you expect from India. Its only a 10 minute walk to the Metro station of Karol Bagh and then two stops to Connaught Place (Rajiv Chowk)-(Rs200 for a 3 day card). The hotel is well kept and well run and is exceptionally good value for money.

“You can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear!”

The hotel itself tries very hard to live up to its glossy brochure, but when I was there (Feb '09) there was buiding work going on in some unseen place and thet could be noisy. The room had no windows, the air con didnt work and the ceiling fan was noisy. One night I was tormented by a constant beeping noise in the walls, and several bleary-eyed visits to the night staff couldn't find the source. They were apologetic about my sleepless night, but that was all. I wouldn't recommend the Sri nanak because if your used to even an average western hotel you'd be disappointed here mainly due to the back streets location. They try hard, but you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear!

“Decent hotel Bad Bad Bad Location”

The Hotel was clean but we ordered room service twice and got sick both times. We asked for wake up calls twice, they woke us up 20 minutes late the first time and forgot to wake us up the second time. We could not figure out how to get the Air conditioning to work properly. The people were friendly, and the room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. The TV, the micro fridge and the plumbing worked well.

“Not a bad choice among thousands..............”

The service is good but the overall outset is that of an old building, furnitures, linings etc. There are several better hotels than this with better daily rates. Airport pick-up is timely and without hitches. Give youself a try if there is no other alternatives.

“At least we tried once ...”

Even if the personal is very nice, the hotel is noisy without any charm and rooms very basic. Not the good place if you want to relax after a running day !
