“Good hotel for a family”

The hotel is 5 minutes by took took from the connaught place (center where you can buy everything You want) And 30 to 40 minutes from the AirPort. The staff is kind, the breakfast is quiet good, however i thought the room would be a little more comFortable for a 5 star hotel. Anyway, i'd recomend it to everyone.

“Mainly a business hotel”

- Great location in New Delhi - Modern lobby and rooms - Fast check-in - Good gym - Great breakfast buffet - Pool was far too cold (feedback from the manager was that many guest stop using the pool in autumn due to the cold water although air temperature is still over 30 degrees) - Inhouse restaurant "Monsoon" is heavily overpriced - Noise from neigbhouring rooms due to thin walls

“Bathroom smelled like urine and A/C did not work”

Considering how expensive my room was the hotel was awful. My bathroom smelt like Urine, the smell was so strong it was nauseating. Additionally, the A/C did not work and it took me calling down to get it fixed 5 different times before they admitted there was an issue. They finally decided to change our room to one with working A/C (this room didn't have A/C either). On top of the room issues, the people at the hotel were not helpful at all. Very frustrating and should not be a 5 star hotel

“awfull - dont stay here”

Mattress and bed were awfull. The sheets were stained with blood and I had to request them to change the sheets and the mattress too since it was old and uncomfortable. It is a shame because it is supposed to be a five star hotel. You can get much better value at other five star hotels like the Lalit etc in Delhi.
