This is the second time that I have used this hotel, I love it. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Fantastic room with excellent facilities too.

I lived in the hotel for the first time on March 4 until March 6, the employee who made the entry very bad because I asked him to extend the stay from 6/8 he said. It’s ok (Done) that the extension was actually made for me, but when I checked the reception I did not find it and I asked another employee and my father said you have an extension so I contact with Expedia and extended for two days from 6/8

The hotel is beautiful and the food amazing, my only comment is that the gym needs an URGENT refreshing, the machines are old and in very bad shape

I was able to request a driver to meet our flight and that made the start of our stay easy. Check-in was great! The wait staff and food at Le Belvedere is excellent - Thai, Chinese. The view of the city is wonderful at night - pink lights on Parliament and other building.

Unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations considering the price of the hotel and spending £1000 plus in the hotel. The good points: The jacuzzi and room were great. Breakfast was nice and had a lot of choices with good food. The things that didn’t go well: No fridge in the suite, in the middle of the night I wanted some water, and realised there was no fridge – wouldn’t experience this from a room with a jacuzzi/suite – maybe a budget hotel yes but not when you’re paying 450+ a night. The fire alarm went off early morning, - my wife suffered from a migraine attack that night because of the fire alarm that went off – then we couldn’t get back to sleep after – night was spoiled. In the massage room the air con was on and it was freezing in the room, only noticed halfway through the massage that the towel was not covering the whole body. The massage itself wasn’t worth the price the lady I had didn’t seem to have any experience on how to massage. ( have massages once every 2 weeks) Mizumi the restaurant was nicely decorated, but the service to bring the food out was slow, we ordered 3 small dishes and 2 big dishes, it took them 25+ minutes to bring the 2 big dishes once they collected the 3 small dishes. Asked for cutlery took another 5-10 minutes on top. When we checked out we mentioned all the points above and they didn’t know the fire alarm went off. Wouldn’t come back after this experience

Okay but should have been a lot better
Extremely slow service. Not what you expect for this level of hotel. Childrens food brought out 10 minutes after adult food, poor knowledge of menu by staff, little or no soft drinks. Bars were closed during our stay due to a licence issue so you'd expect some level of compensation but nothing was offered and to top it off the soft drinks menu was extremely lacking. The managers were apologetic when we complained but it didnt make up for the short comings.
