Good place in Sector 29
Good value place that is right in Sec 29. They will accommodate special requests for breakfast and you can get a yoga mat in your room if you ask at the front desk. Can be a bit noisy at night because of proximity to all the bars and music in the area. Clean, comfortable rooms. Will stay again.

Hotel is not cooperative and bluntly refused to help. They instead send us to find parking on a chaotic Saturday night crowd. The apology came too late and too little. Which was again filled with excuses!

Warter drain was stacked by hair. Water was not come out correctly. I needed to take shower with 20mm depth dirty hot water. Rest of them it was ok.

The most horrible hotel that I have ever stayed. The hotel staff were not at all helpful very rude but it was my helplessness and I had no other choice will suggest everyone not to stay in any of the Lemon tree Hotels

Did not live up to the advertisement
I thought I had booked a hotel similar to those in the Aerocity. The pictures for the business room did not match what was actually offered. I was disappointed and the reception desk gave me a legal argument that they are not required to match the room to the pictures. It led to war of words in the lobby and bitterness throughout my stay. Later on they rectified the situation by giving a somewhat better room. Overall, I would say that the hotel is at most three stars.

you have to park your car yourself. the hotel does not have its own parking or anyone who can park your car for you. rest its okay according to budget.

Good location
They accommodated the check-in while we were waiting to get copies of our visa and passport. Really appreciated that. Breakfast was good. However, some items such as fruits were over and were not replenished. Rooms were small but given the location, it is expected. Did not use the pool. Had to request an additional towel in the room. Oversight by housekeeping but was promptly delivered.

Ok for short overnight stay...
Did not meet expectations. The room was far too small & not like the displayed picture. Bathroom was very tiny with no bathtub. We took a half board shelling almost the same money as room cost on two meals & the selection wasnt great. Luckily we just had to scrape through one night due to some work & hence we managed.

No free WiFi if you book from Expedia
No Free WiFi: The 24hr charge is not too big, but its awkward to have to pay for it. Room Cleanliness is not that great. Staff: I was on a business trip, I asked for bills of my in-room dining split up on daily basis (for ease of expensing) which they could not.

Lemon Tree Gurgaon - OK Experience
It was a decent experience. It appeared that the hotel offers a low rack rate for room and then charge exhorbitantly for every little thing during the stay. For instance, Hotel refused to give me internet as part of my package despite it being mentioned at the time I made the booking on hotels.com. Food is good but definitely on the expensive end (more than the premium you want to pay for the quality). Nothing major but finding this lets charge super premium for everything was bad taste. Staff were good. It would have been helpful to have all charges listed upfront at the time of booking to compare the overall cost - This is not really budget.

Few point which I didn't like :- -On reaching hotel, our luggage was left at scanner only -No one bothered to take our luggage to our room -TV remote in the room was not working & I had to get it replaced it two times -There was delay in response time for any complaint -AC suddenly stopped working in our room & on chasing with reception it was started again.

Remarkable Stay
The stay for me and my wife was remarkable although we could only spend 2 nights. In future if the need be for me to stay in Gurgaun, I doubt I will take the trouble to source for other hotels (nothing against them). First impression and experience is always difficult to be substituted.
