This hotel was certainly a pleasant place to stay, but that said, I'm not entirely sure that I'd chose it again. That may sound odd considering I gave 4/5 for all categories, but I there is logic to it. If you go purely on room comfort and facilities, then it rates fairly well. My room was large, clean and pretty well appointed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful too. However, for me the location is a little too out of the way (with nothing particularly interesting within walking distance) whilst the hotel itself lacks real character. I actually picked it because it wasn't too far from South Ex2 where I now work and live. The food was pretty decent, and I was particularly pleased to see good Southern offerings at breakfast. As for other meals, I had room service on a couple of occasions and found it good, though expensive compared to eating out. I was a little disappointed to see so much 'international cuisine' on the menu though, taking up almost as much space as the North Indian fare. Who comes to Delhi to eat a steak with peppercorn sauce?!
If you want a comfortable room and plan on travelling to attractions by taxi, then you could do far worse than this for the price. If you value character and an interesting locale, then you may be better off elsewhere. In reality accommodation in Delhi often involves a trade off between these two standpoints. Nice rooms in good locations are generally the preserve of the overpriced places spotted around CP.
