Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka

Good hotel - value for money . Enthusiastic staff, clean and well kept property. Wi-Fi is free now (MAY2013), so go for the non-Wi-Fi tariff when you book. One drawback could be the availability of food options . There is a dearth of quality VFM restaurants at Dwarka and the food at the hotel is priced on the higher side. They could reduce the price by 20% or so, to make it more "palatable" !! The price of goods in the mini-bar, at the room is designed to ensure that one does NOT use them. Sad !

As soon as I checked in the hotel looked nice but then I started to pay attention to details. The size of beds, water quality, cleanliness etc. the water quality was so bad that I had to use bottled water to brush my teeth. The worst Radisson hotel ever. How can radisson has such low standards. Il never stay there again.

Great hotel, staff very friendly. Only negative was that the pool was beautiful but too chilly!

Check-in was very quick, staff very friendly, room very clean and comfortable. We check-in late at night and left early morning to go to airport. We did not use restaurant so can't review that portion of hotel.

I liked the hotel, but was disappointed that I reserved a King sized bed and did not receive it. It was like 2 twin beds pushed together. Also the mattress was not thick enough. I expect quality bedding from a 5 star hotel. This was not what I wanted. Hotel is nice and the lobby is beautiful.

clean hotel, very nice and helpful staff. good food. spa is not functional yet, that was a bit of a problem for us since we were there for a wedding.

Overall a great hotel. The buffet in the Spring restaurant is recommended. Service overall very good. Chap at the travel desk try to pull a fast one by offering us a cheaper taxi if we paid cash. Two other things that irked us off (but will probably be fixed in the next year): Ads talked about a shopping mall below the hotel and also of a spa. Neither were finished. The shopping mall only had two shops in it and the spa area just had boards saying "coming soon". However all in all, not bad value for money, especially for a five star. I have paid more elsewhere in India and got less.
