Poor hygiene and cleanlinessPosted Apr 22, 2015
Pros: Central location
Cons: Suggest take it off your list.
Location: Central location and access to metro
Shabby linen and dirty stained pillows. The air conditioning did not work properly. We found a bed bug which could spread disease.

Nice hotel in a busy location.Posted Mar 26, 2015
My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights. The hotel couldn't be situated in a better location. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Unfortunately, the rooms were kinda small but nothing we couldn't metigate with a little bit of organization.

Pleasant StayPosted Mar 20, 2015
Pros: The hotel was a lovely and quiet respite from the traffic noise of Delhi.
Cons: Hotel Dining Room had a satisfying buffet for breakfast and lunch, however would have liked the option of having a menu.
Located in the Connaught Place district, this hotel is in the center of lots of activity. The post office is nearby, as are several local eatries and shops. Within the hotel is a tour agency, which accommodates 1/2 day tours as well as longer tours to other cities in India. The SPA offers affordable massages in a serene atmosphere. Staff are friendly and aim to please.

Has the advantage of being close to the intersection of two major subway lines and lots of taxis. Buffet breakfast is terrific...if you had to pronounce it you'd miss out on some wonderful flavors.

Here - Heritage means very old and ill maintainedPosted Jan 12, 2015 on Hotels.com
A reputed hotel in the best of neighbourhood in Delhi but kind of badly maintained. I have stayed in many Radisson Blue hotels before but this was a bad experience. The room was smoking hot and when I complained they tried to fix the system while we were away but did not tell us that it could not be done. Later upon our retun at around 11 pm when we felt the room was heating up constantly, they simply said that it is a Heritage Hotel so some rooms' aircon piping was not in good condition (so they knew already). The room had no window either so it felt like suffocating if you switch off the aircon otherwise let yourself roast. Finally at midnight they offered us another room BUT asked us to pack our bags and shift. It was very unprefessional and disappointing.

Great staff.Posted Jan 11, 2015 on Hotels.com
Staff worked very quickly and very hard to satisfy any request big or small. The travel office provides many tours of the main tourist draws. Be aware ahead of time that none of the quoted prices include entry fees to any of the monuments. And don't let your driver fall asleep on the expressway. Eeeeek!!!
