Noisy, noisy, noisy. All the floors open onto a central atrium where the restaurants are located. It was impossible to get away from the sound of the piano being banged on or the loud guests having meals. I was ignored when I asked for a quieter room and had to walk down to the desk before any attempt was made to move me.

A good hotel for business travel , a clean and beautiful property however the staff from reception to restaurant , and everyone in a suit is not engaged ... they lack motivation .. they lack courtesy ... they lack professionalism .. the subordinate staff - bell boys , gatekeepers , and drivers wants to work and have the required courtesy but the pressure on them can be felt ... I will stay again to indirectly learn leadership ... you shoul not if you want to enjoy food and facilities

Pleasant stay.
Comfortable stay. Neat n tidy hotel. Staff were helpful when necessary.....but why are staff members so stern when you approach them.....,they need to be friendlier, more open warm and welcoming.....I found this in a few of them. I do stay I. Various hotels and I could tell the difference of staff warmth and reception. My check out was pleasant....

Nice hotel
The Ramada is a great hotel. Breakfast was excellent and the staff are always there to help you. Our flight out was late and the hotel give us a room to have a shower and freshen up. Which was a nice touch by the deputy manager. Not much to do outside of the hotel apart from getting a tuk tuk and going somewhere. Overall the hotel is very good. Room nice and roomy. Although I have to say the pool isn't that nice. Lots of pigeons up there drinking the water and flying around. We didn't use the pool for that reason but we did a bit of sunbathing and there was always a sunbed and towel to use. Expensive and not worth the price.
We found our stay extremely disappointing. The shuttle to the airport was very expensive and the rate was not provided when we booked. The rooms were dirty, and we found a old bandaid in one of the showers. The food was very bad. No one enjoyed their meal. The breakfast buffet was poorly stocked and all of the food was cold. The management was very pushy. Once they found out that we were unhappy with their service they became very pushy, and began to argue with us in the lobby. Overall, we wish that we had spent more money and stayed closer to the airport at one of the hotels close by. This hotel was not much cheaper but it was the worst experience that we had at a hotel in India and we stayed at more than 10 around the country.

Good Hotel amid business centres
I have stayed for 10 days and had good experience. Apart from one or two minor incidents, which happens with any hotels. The rooms are maintained well and the food quality was good. Most of the offices were at a walking distance from the hotel.

Could have been much better
For a hotel which claims itself to be a 4-star, it certainly didnt feel like one. There was clearly a lack of attention to detail, such as keeping just one glass for a double room when the standard practice is to keep atleast 2 glasses. What was more frustrating was that they took half an hour to get me another one and a bottle of water, and that too after repeated calls to the room service and reception team. One would certainly like a better response time from hotel staff than this. Other than this, the hotel is pretty standard and nothing really which makes it stand out or makes one return to it

Nice hotel but average location.
It's a good hotel for the price you pay in Gurgaon. When I arrived the lid of my toilet was down and to my horror it wasn't flushed. Hotel managmner may need to look into this. Someone had left it like that. For this reason I am giving it 3 star. Additionally, the surrounding area in the front is underdeveloped and like a Gurgoan village. Hotel staff are quite friendly and helpful. Food is great. Overall nice sized rooms which is clean and comfortable.

I had booked two nights from 14th but my flights from Bangalore got cancelled due to Airshow and I was informed only previous day. I promptly requested the Hotel to cancel the rooms. Pradeep, who answered refused saying that these are heavy demand / occupancy times and can not be cancelled ( don't laugh ). After much pursuation and advice as to how easily he can allot the room to others in waiting he insisted on charging for one night. Even a month before there were only four rooms available when I booked and I can not understand why they should charge when I am forced to cancel due to Airlines cancelling the flight. Simply put they are GREEDYvand NOT customer friendly, Petiod!

Nice hotel to stay in
Accessing the internet in the hotel is sophisticated, as you need to collect a voucher from the reception, provide last name and email address before you have internet. this has to be on daily basis, unless you are provided a weekly voucher instead of daily one. For the breakfast, no much options are there and it can be much better.

Fairly basic hotel
Hotel was ok not really worth the money. The exchange rate was greedy within the hotel the same as the charge for taxis. The hotel was ok and the staff were ok but I have stayed in better. The most disappointing bit was that the pool was dirty and unused and looked nothing like the pictures and the gym was barely a gym.

Good hotel.
Good hotel in the range of ₹ 3,500. Too expensive if it comes in the range of ₹ 5,000. Breakfast is decent. The bathrooms in the room could be improved.

Nice Hotel and great food.
The hotel was nice and the front desk was very helpful. Room service was outstanding and very prompt. I wanted the room changed because I could smell smoke in my room but the front desk refused to do it. I later discovered that rooms on the 2nd floor were directly above the kitchen. Hence the smell. If you can, request a room above the 2nd and 3rd levels. Over all a good hotel experience.
