Pros: The location
Cons: The people sitting on the reception should need to learn how to behave and talk to the guests.The hotel should have sufficient resources for the guest
Location: There is just a mall near by, nothing much to do.
The day I arrived to the hotel, they informed me that they have not been informed by Expedia about my booking. After half an hour they game me room which was not upto mark. At night, when I asked for a blanked/quilt from the hotel people, they were unable to provide me even a blanket. One of the person sitting on the reception was very rude and inappropriate to me and my friends who have come out of the country. I think this is not the way to talk to the guest. Moreover, he was not willing to help me.

Good hotel, manager with a few tweaks required

I stayed in January 2013. It's a very nice hotel, clean with large well apppointed rooms (booked superior room). An excellent hotel manager. Heating didn't work well in my first room, but when changed rooms it was perfect. Only negative is the wifi is unreliable and power cuts (albeit a few seconds) a little annoying. I know the wifi is being fixed and I would definitely stay here again.
