This hotel chain is well-known for quality and the Delhi Shangri-La Eros is no exception. Room was immaculate; room service was prompt; service was polished. I'll certainly return.

Charming & attractive staff cope with your problems & orgasnise cheap taxis for the half or full day. Quirky window from bedroom into marble bathroom - not fun with Delhi belly but there's a blind! Excellent spa, sweet staff huge fusion buffet breakfast

“Great choice”

This hotel is near street shops where you can get good deals and still feel like you can get away from the commotion of the city. The exercise room and spa facilities are great. The staff is very professional too.

“Very Nice Hotel”

If we ever went back to Delhi we would choose this hotel again. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant served a wide choice of food and was excellent. We were able to walk back to our hotel late evening and felt safe. It took us approx 25 minutes to walk to the Indian Gate. Overall we were very pleased with our choice. We also arranged directly with the hotel to pick us up from the airport.

“Shangri-La Never Disappoints”

When travelling in Asia, I always look for a Shangr-La simply because their service is so impeccable. The Shangr-La Delhi lives up to the usual high standards of this chain. The rooms are great, but it's the attitude of the people that really makes the difference. Whoever is responsible for training and 'business culture'deserves real congratulations.Every single employee seems willing to go the extra few kilometres, and to do so with a smile. Outstanding.

“Decent business hotel”

Well situated business hotel with very attentive staff. The top floor Horizon Club adds a lot of value to a business trip - makes a change from working in your room, and decent snacks served all day. Attend the "happy hour" from 6-8 and you don't need to bother with dinner! Spa and gym facilities excellent, although a little too much road noise at the outdoor pool.

“Great Service and Facilities”

Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The spa facilites are divine and I would recommend the upgrade to the Horizon Club- lovely lounge overlooking India Gate with complimentary High Tea and drinks in the evenings.
