Nice hotel but Nannoo type room is extremely small

Pros: clean rooms and location near nehru place
I had stayed in shervani earlier and found it to be very nice as compared to other hotels in the vicinity..but this time I stayed in the Nannoo category room and found it to be extremely small.otherwise a nice hotel and an average food...

Pros: Behaviour of the staff
Location: Nehru Place Metro Station
The location of hotle is near the Nehru Place Metro Station make it convinient. The hotel is well managed, the amenities available makes the stay comfortable. The hotel staff is supportive and friendly. I can recommend it to my friends.

Good hotel to stay

I stayed here for one night on business. I chose the nano room, and it was really NANO.. Room was clean, but quite small. Not much space to move around, but was fine for me. Bathroom was good. Hotel in general was clean. Breakfast was complementary, and the food was very good.

Breakfast, service and location of the hotel are the positive things. Not a comfortable beds, cleaniness are in negative side. I feel price is also bit higherside as compared to the facilities and service we get. Overall its a average hotel.

Extremely helpful & accomodating Staff

This hotel was very nice- clean, neat, with decent food. But the best part was the incredibly friendly & accommodating staff. Everything I asked them to help with, they were more than happy to do. The internet was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Would stay at this hotel again.

Pros: Clean, tidy room, comfy bed, great air conditioning and restaurant downstairs.
Location: Good location, handy to most facilities.
Happy experience with this hotel. Very clean and tidy with excellent air conditioning. Also, has a restaurant downstairs that serves a delicious breakfast buffet every morning, with dishes varied daily, so never gets boring. The convenience of being able to dine in the restaurant downstairs was a huge bonus for us and the food was excellent.

OK 3 Star Hotel, not 4

Pros: Location was good for where I needed to be. Doorman was the most helpful of the hotel.
Cons: Staff should smile. They should be more detailed oriented, taking care of cracks on the walls, dirty floors, dirty windows, healthier breakfast.
Location: Good location, although you see homeless people very nearby.
Breakfast - disappointing, not much variety from day-to-day, a lot of fried options, not a lot of healthy fresh options Rooms - OK, no window that opens, making it hard to renew the air, pillows not very comfortable, joined single beds to make a queen bed, good size safe, refrigerator does not cool enough, finishes not great Internet - nightmare, terrible, very slow, unreliable, most of the time down Staff - good, most are very helpful, or try to be helpful, but no smiles. Sometimes they call you very late at night to see if you are done with your food, I think it is very disrespectful. They also knock on your door even though you put up "do not disturb" sign Building - a lot of people work at the hotel, but it seems that they are not very detailed oriented. Windows always dirty, floors are never clean, they seem to always dry mop the floors...not sure what that does, they should disinfect the floors with product, not a dry mop. The elevator seems to always be dirty, with fingerprints all over the place Plumbing - not sure if there is a plumbing problem or the water in Delhi is bad in general, but taking a shower always dried out my skin very badly. Iron - absurd. I don't think that the iron they gave me should be considered an iron, it is so old and pretty much couldn't use it because it would damage my clothes.
