“there's got to be a better option...”
seriously, this place struggled with its customer service. though facilities are reasonably well-kept and clean, the people engaged in running the operations were stodgy, inflexible, and downright rude. at check in, i found that they did not honor my prepaid reservation through expedia --- to which they made me pay again, and then asked me to sort it out with expedia for the reimbursement since "its not their problem". i am well-traveled and can hang with mixups, but the complete lack of vision and accountability was astonishing. overall, its a nice facility, but the overpowering lack of customer service makes this place a "never again" in my book.
