Blue Ginger - Blue Ginger is a product of inspiring influences of our Vietnamese Master Chefs. Here exotic is at the core of the cuisine. Think baby lotus stems, carambola salad and tofu rock salt. Indeed the richest of the region comes together at Blue Ginger. Equally delectable are the signature dishes: Grilled Tenderloin Picatta on Lemongrass Stick or the Crispy Fried Soft Shell Crab with Plum Sauce. Both, staggeringly delicious.
