This was a fantastic hotel. The staff were very helpful and could not do enough for us. When we arrived we were told that the 6th floor was being reurbished but that work would start at 9am and finish at 7pm. We were given a room on the 5th floor which was a lovely room. Unfortunately when we went out of our room there was concrete dust along the hallway. When this was pointed out to the reception they immediately moved us to a club class room on the 7th floor. This room was excelent. My wife was ill for a day and there was a bunch of roses at the door with a get well card which I though was a nice touch. Service outstanding, cannot recommend enough. PS the illness was nothing to do with the hotel.

To whom it may concern: My self a 3 other family members stayed at the hotel and were very impressed with everything from check in staff to restaurant staff. When we were having breakfast, we asked for fresh mango juice and we got it. It was not on the menu. Small things like that were brilliant for us.It was a shame we were only in Delhi for a day. Thanks very much. Will stay there again if and when I am back in Delhi.

The Taj Palace is worthy of international claim. The team has the perfect concept of guest service and comfort. The atmosphere is so elegant, I felt as if I were transformed into an old world palace. A remarkable experience.

Everytime I go to India I stay at the Taj Palace. I have never beeen unsatisfied with any of the staff, rooms, or facilities.

It was a very nice experience to stay at Taj. The location of the hotel is great. We had a nice view of the pool from the room. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The only thing I would say is that there is no sign on the lane from where you enter the hotel.
