Very nice and clean property. location is very close to Connaught. However rooms are too small like a budget hotel and washrooms r just opposite to the bed. No storage options too. Breakfast has lot of options but taste is just Ok. In simple words, it’s overpriced for the facilities and food.

Without doubt the best service recieved from any hotel staff anywhere I've experienced in the world. Always trying to do more and to exceed expectations. And it all comes naturally to them. Loved it.

It is a nice property to stay if you want to stay in Delhi for not more than 1-2 days. Pros: - Excellent Location - Very good staff and Service - Excellent Breakfast Buffet Options Cons - Room Sizes are pretty small.

The hotel received from me a 5. A 4 goes to the dining room staff. Im referring to the head waiter on 3/29 at dinner. Specifically, he tried to push on a dish that i didn't order. After refusing his demeanor changed. After bringing what i ordered he stopped coming to my table, no refill of water, nothing. The food is delicious.

The hotel itself is great: helpful staff, good amenities, delicious food, nice and clean. But the area around it seemed to be not the friendliest for European tourists.

Excellent hotel with very excelption staff.
Everything about The Connaught was good. The only comment I have is that the rooms are a little small. What really stood out for me were the staff. They all, without exception, make you very welcome. Can't ask for any more.

Very welcoming, Anil welcomed us when arriving and was very friendly, talked to us about our trip and gave us some ideas of places to visit. All the staff are lovely, food lovely.

One star experience and will forever boycott this group. I’ll start off by giving credit where credit is due. The hotel was very nice and clean. Security was great and the customer-facing hotel staff were pleasant and professional. The room was clean and overall very nice…so why the one star review? They ruined two custom tailored suits, each approx US $1200, as well as two brand new Calvin Klein white dress shirts (US $85/each) through their laundry service. I literally travelled half way across the world to attend a wedding and both suits were unwearable for the functions. I’d love for someone who manages this group to contact me to resolve this issue.

Lovely hotel in a great area. CP is very good for foreign tourists. Be careful walking around outside the hotel as there is many packs of wild dogs that live around, which is frightening at times. The hotel is clean (small areas like windows not cleaned but overall very clean compared to many other hotels I have visited in India). The bed was incredibly comfortable. The room service food was delicious. Staff very friendly and always made me feel welcome. I would stay there again.

OK but not worth the inflated price
The hotel is Ok and I chose it for the location. But I think it is way overpriced without good reason. My room was small, there was no robe, the towels were borderline threadbare. I stayed in another property in the same general location, just a few days before, and it was almost half the price for considerably more luxury.

The hotel is within walking distance of Connaught Place which has some great restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was good, the pool area was small but fine for a dip and lounge.

The hotel's staff were just wonderful with Robin & Anil leading the way. Good location, rooms clean & comfortable, and the food did not disappoint. Would certainly stay there again if I was ever in the area.

Service is amazing. This was my first time to visit New Delhi. Thank you all the help from the staff to make me feel welcoming, relaxing and safe during my stay. Especially thanks to Shubham and Vibhor for understanding my concern of safety because I'm the solo traveller and taking care of me. Love the design of the hotel. It was the reason that I chose to stay in the beginning. Now I would say that the staff are the reason that I will come back to stay for my next visit.

Stay at The Connaught was better than expected. There was never a moment I could not find somebody to speak to if I needed help or wanted my room to be taken care of. Checkin and checkout was smooth. Everybody in the staff right from the gateman to security to the servers and cooks were very helpful. I remember the names of two of the associates who I interacted with at the front desk - Harsh and Vibhor who were very helpful, humble and professional. Overall, any stay at a hotel is a combined effort of the entire team at all levels and I could see how well they were managing the property and experience of their guests. Kudos to the Hotel and their staff.
