Small Paradise at the Suburban Area of Busy Delhi

Pros: Proximity to the airport, food, spa, rooms
Cons: The staff was a bit annoying
Location: Malls are around, just regular ones
It is a good hotel with friendly staff and convenient location to the airport

The Grand is one of New Delhi's finest. You can't get more for your money. The staff is incredible. The breakfast buffet and atmosphere is amazing. The pool is so relaxing. The proximity to the airport and the amazing Western mall next door is perfect. The spa and fitness center is icing on the cake. And the staff are incredibly helpful. Definitely recommend!!!

Service Bent Over Backwards To Help Us...

We had an EXCELLENT stay at the Grand. This was our 4th time staying there and every time has been constantly great. This particular trip, our infant son needed to be in the hospital for a few days during our stay due to getting sick. The staff were extremely understanding and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. On top of that, we had some troubles at the airport with one of our tickets and the Grands airport liaison was incredibly helpful in helping us solve our issue…I honestly don't know what we would have done without them. The staff quickly knew us all by name and loved our baby so much. We were sad to leave, not only because of how comfortable our stay was, but because of leaving the staff. We have stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, and this is definitely one of our favorites!

Cons: linen and bath towels should be changed
Location: close to big malls and quite location
I needed to remind them about dirty bath towels to be changed. Hotel is otherwise good.

I had a good stay here. However even at 6 in the evening my room as asked for wasn't available and since I had to rush out for a meeting a room was made available at the ground floor. The room was pretty neat and had all that was required. Bedside requires a mobile charging point.

Not happy at all with service and mis informtion provided by front desk and delays getting anything done from them. When you had any inquiry repines was always "Let me get back to you", than no reponse for hours and follow up with someone else and go the whole process again. I found for 4 star hotel for an international standards their serivce is very poor. Knowldge and expirence is not there.
