“satisfactory”

There was a hot water problem and we had cold water for showering and washing. Staff seemed to not be concerned and kept saying to wait 30 minutes or so. Even on check out 12 hours later we still had no hot water. Otherwise was fine.

“Good hotel for the money”

I have nothing negative to say other than there is no beer in the minibar which may or may not be important to others. To the hotel's credit they did deliver some. The food in the buffet was not great...just good, Service was pretty good. Compared to other hotels in that category I'd say it was superior for the price.

“Too expensive for Dinning”

We stayed two ntghts.Very clean and modern. Hotel rate was good. But they got you with there services prices. eveerything was over priced. Taxi to airport, in house dinning, internet, You name it it was over charged. Not in a hurry to go back

“Very Good, But not Fantastic. Here's why...”

*Make sure they put you in the remodeled, upscale section** You'll know it if they don't, it's dated. We stayed in new section. Nice teak wood, comfy bed, nice bathroom. Staff incredibly polite, yet S L O W. Did I mention s l o w? Check-out was painful, nearly 20-minutes and we didn't have incidentals. Get ready to spend 15-minutes just exchanging money. I will echo what others have said about concierge. Worthless. It's too long to write here, but it was like an episode of "Curb Your Enthusiasm", cuz it sure did. Restaurant and morning buffet are good, not great. High praise for Asheesh at front desk. If only they were all like him! Final words: Then again, this IS India, and it will feel like an oasis compared to the chaos etc greeting you every time you walk out the front door.

“5 star but service needs refinement”

As Delhi hotels go this is good value for the money in terms of comfort, ambience, location and cleanliness. The staff are charming and appear willing but many don't seem very well trained. There seems to be an inability for many to understand instructions and execute. However, all staff were friendly were welcoming. Also despite other reviews and despite my room facing the railway line I had no issue with noise.

“Would stay there again.”

Nice hotel. Excellent Concierge who arranged the Golden Triangle Tour for us with driver and guides. Staff in restaurant and bar sloppy and laid back - I asked for another cup of coffee at breakfast three times before I got one. Pool very nice but lots of pigeons. Room not always valeted in the evenings. Had to pay for using the business centre. Buffet dinner in the hotel is very expensive compared to similar in other hotels in Agra and Jaipur.

“Not what it use to be”

Nice clean room. The door lock was broken..someone had to come and fix it. No hot water in the morning. Had to wait over an hour for someone to come and fix the problem.

“Terrible service in a good looking hotel and room”

Hotel upon entering looked good, but the good part ended as soon as we got to the check-in desk. Bads: - 30 minutes to check-in (Checked in at 5 pm) - Completely useless concierge. They asked us to go check if places were open, instead of calling and checking - Room service did not understand English, would bring something completely different from what was requested - Biggest problem is with staff training, they are not trained properly to provide the service one expects from a good hotel Goods: - Nice looking hotel - Modern, comfortable room

“Not impressed”

Hotel location and facilities are good, but service really lets it down. Not good enough for a five star hotel and not worth the money.

“Very disappointed”

I was very unhappy with the concierge service, which is way too poor for a 5-star hotel. I had to delay my departure for the airport because they could not find somebody to fix hot water in my bathroom. I had to call the concierge service 5! times, it took them 40 minutes to send the right person. WIll not come back.
