“Would certainly go back!”
Wonderful stay ! Great location for sightseeing and shopping. One of the best staff the we have come across around the world .
“A joy”
It was a joy to have stayed in this hotel. The staff were always so prompt ad so anxious to please. The lobby was beautiful and the food excellent. The service in the Club lounge was really first class as was the service on arrival at the hotel in the hotel car, the greeting and a butlar already waiting with a cool drink by my room door. I needed itas the temp was 42! No hesitation in recommending highly
“Parfait”
“Very impressive presentation, quality, and service.”
The Chinese Cuisine was exceptional.
“Best and most attentive service ever experienced!”
I have been in the hospitality industry for more than 25-years but the Taj Mahal Hotel provided the best overall service that I have ever experienced. They were very attentive without being overbearing or intrusive. Personal preferences were noted and remembered. Dining service was exceptional.Every effort was made from the point of arrival, check-in, room orientation, housekeeping staff, lift staff, pool staff, dining staff, concierge and drivers. Management must be applauded for exceptional training and commitment to excellence!
“Loved the Taj Mahal Hotel”
Excellent hotel, well worthy of the five stars. They provided us with everything we asked for, and on a moment's notice. If I had one negative, it would be that MY desire would be to eat earlier than their restaurants are open, typically at 7PM. But that is a personal choice, and we only missed one restaurant (House of Ming) because it opened at 7:30PM. Of the other restaurants, the food was superb, especially Chambers, which also had an incredible view.
“Quite Simply Amazing”
After all, it IS the Taj. I was at the Mansingh location for 2 nights, and had a club room. We were treated quite like royalty, the staff were beyond courteous and polite, the experience right from the E Series complementary service to the reception by 4 hosts, to the escort to the room to.... Well, I could go on, but I don't think you could ever go wrong with this, or any Taj. DD
“Old world class of service”
By the standards of India, an expensive hotel. The levels of attention staff give you were almost over the top. There are people to open doors, push lift buttons, and many more to assist you in anything you might want. Use one of the hotel cars and you get a driver with a white uniform, cap and white gloves. The restaurants were very good, the Chinese one - Ming House, having a good reputation with Delhi residents. Reasonable location in central new Delhi, walking distance to Kahn Market (popular with expats), not that anybody actually walks from or to the Taj Mahal Hotel! Overall we found it a very good hotel in all respects.
“Extrem beeindruckender Standard und Service”
Ich habe 5 Nächte in dem Hotel geschlafen - Sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter, extrem freundlich & zuverlässig (Room Service kam beide Male auf die Minute pünktlich)
“Fantastic Hotel in Great Location”
We had a hard time choosing which hotel to stay in, and we were very impressed with this hotel. The staff were always very friendly and had memorised our names as well which was most impressive. The Hotel has a bar called Ricks, which is very classy and trendy - although it is on the expensive side, but a pretty cool place to have a drink. The room was really nice although the bathroom slightly on the small side. Overall, we really liked this hotel and would defintely come back to Delhi and stay here again. It had a very good central location surrounded by lots of parkland in the embassy quarter. Thanks for a great stay!
