The first thing we always check when we arrive in a hotel room is the bed because of previous experiences. The sheets looked dirty and had hair, like they were not changed. We ended up checking 3 more rooms, same issue. At that point we asked for clean sheets to change the bed because we weren't going to visit any more rooms at 2am. The next day the manager had excuses about the issue and suggested that I could deal with Expedia to cancel my remaining 2 nights. The town is small and didn't have many other options. We requested that they deep clean the room, and got complementary breakfast. Not the outcome and service I expected. The rest of the staff was friendly and after we complained, they cleaned the room well.
