quick stayPosted Apr 17, 2014
Motel was OK for a quick over night stay. Furnishings were old, and the place could use a face lift.

never stay in this hotel againPosted Feb 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
The location is very convenient, however, the bed sheet was very dirty, there were hair on the pillow and the sheets are yellowish! After request, a coffee make was sent to the room, but there was old coffee caking there; and there was mold in the coffee maker! I wanted to leave the hotel immediately, but it was already late and no refund. we left the place early next morning, will never stay in this hotel again.

fair place to stay one nightPosted May 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
The owner was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself needs lots of repairs. The room was clean though.

Demings oldest hotelPosted Apr 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is Demings oldest hotel in many ways. It was the first one built and has not been kept up well. There is indeed a pool, but don't expect to use it. I don't think it will be cleaned - there are things growing in it. Also, the wind in the area is so constant you probably wouldn't want to use it. The bed was old with a board under the mattress. The towels were very thin as were the sheets. The saving grace was the lady who owns it. She is very nice and probably doing the best she can in a very small town that probably has very few visitors.

Cons: Rudeness of the owner/administrator
Location: Interesting old west town
If you want to experienced the worst service and very rude treatment at the check in/out, this is the place to be.

Pros: NOTHING BUT NEGATIVE COMMENTS TO GIVE
Cons: THE EXPERIENCE WAS DREADFUL
My family of 6 was looking for an inexpensive place to rest on our way to California and we made the BIG MISTAKE of staying at this motel. First of all when we arrived the hotel lobby was undergoing some sort of remodeling and there was dust everywhere, even as I checked in and signed the paperwork the personnel failed to wipe off the counter as common courtesy. Although there were some paint fumes in the air there was a stronger smell of smoke that seemed to linger in the air. The pool was closed "for repair" however it was evident that it was due to cleanliness, it appeared as if it had not been cleaned in quite a while. Since we were tired we decided to just deal with the first impression and sleep it off. Unfortunately to our surprise when we went to lie our head down we found that the linens and pillows reeked of sweat and looked extremely dingy. HONESTLY I am not sure they had been cleaned, we asked for them to be replaced and although it was done promptly, they still did not seem fresh. We ended up sleeping on our own blankets over the beds and will never make the same mistake again of staying in this sort motel to save a few bucks. DEFINATELY NOT WORTH IT!

Pros: The friendly staff
Cons: Beds were a little soft
Location: Right down Pine Street, not hard to find.
The staff was friendly and accomendating. Even though no one had handicap room, they made sure that the room was accessable for my sisters wheelchair.
