Lobby closed for construction. If a light sleeper make sure you get a 2nd floor room, could hear footsteps.

A gem of a hotel--great staff!
This hotel is a gem--clean, friendly staff, good rates. We were guests for two days--and they actually provided housekeeping services on the second day. Bed made, fresh towels, soap, etc. Incredibly friendly staff at check-in, and the ladies who prepared and served breakfast. I have not had this level of kindness in any hotel, at any price, in the last three years.

Thank you for your feedback. We do have a friendly staff; we are lucky to have such a great team that takes pride in their work and in our hotel. Our housekeepers actually prefer to clean rooms on a daily rather than some hotels where they only do housekeeping by request. Best hotel bed in a long time

Elevator Issue
Due to handicap status and lack of access to the elevator, I found it is difficult to get back and forth to my room while the elevator was down the last night of my stay. I felt this was the only issue that I wish could have been resolved before my checkout time.

Gerald,I am sorry that we did not exceed your expectations. I can understand that the issues with the elevator being down can be frustrating. Unfortunately, even when we called the elevator company they could not come out to work on the problems with the elevator until Monday evening. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

We were very impressed with this location! Rooms were neat and clean. Beds comfy! The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Miss Nettie was amazing! She was so gracious and made us feel so welcome. Her breakfast was a highlight and a great way to start our day! Delicious!! We are looking forward to staying again! Great team of people!

We especially LOVED the manager suite. My dad is handicapped and this was so easy for him to walk to and move around in. ADA Compliant, close to the front desk, pantry, etc... provided comfortable sleeping arrangements for our party. It was great!

The breakfast was hot, fresh and had lots of options (the pancake maker was very cool and something we'd never seen before) Ms. Nettie was one of the best parts of our stay. She was very tentative and kind! The hotel was clean, quiet, had great staff and we loved our room! We especially loved the steamer as an option in addition to an iron. The only thing I didnt like was the placement of the toilet paper holder beside the toilet. That was just a minor issue. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay there again!

The staff here went above and beyond my expectations. Our child left their blanket behind after our stay. I called the hotel and a front desk clerk( I can’t remember her name) quickly found the blanket with the cleaning crew. Ashley, the manager was so kind to ship the blanket to us. She supplied me with cost, tracking number. Very professional and above all, they were both very kind. Thank you so very much for your sensitivity. Excellent people here.
