When you pay 150 € a night, in Türkiye, and they want to charge you extra for one fresh orange juice during breafast, then, there is a problem.

I have been few hotels around the area before and been to this hotel way long time ago.. it was ok overall but this trip I really hate seen plastic shower caps been handing in the thermal pool..😔 some hotels I stayed before , you have to purchase the swimming cap and re use again and take home with you..this hotel I have noticed they do not care about environment at all, management should not be in that position or owner should not owe hotels if they not care about the environment..😔 only good thing about this hotel was for me they were pet friendly as I have took my pet with me.. I would have rate it differently if they were care about environment.. hopefully people will consider about this before they make booking.. hundreds of people get in to pool with plastic hair wrap and they get in the pool few times per day.. every visit extra rubbish.. I have seen hotels ( spa hotels) provide water but you have to carry your own water bottle..it would be nice to see those rules in the every hotels around the world.. but this hotel just so useless about environment 😔

Thermal pool and swimming pool is fine. Suit room is large. There is a smell of food, especially cooking oil, in the lobby and the restaurant. Most probably there is a problem with paddle box. The hotel is too crowded in the mornings as there are lots of tour buses departing at the same time.

I am not sure what to say….the motel is old, it is geared towards bus loads of tourists that are only staying a night and leaving forever, subsequently that is the attitude of the staff and the quality of the food (really poor) and services. I would not recommend the hotel for this price unless you just want to come to the hotel for the location (1-2 km from the Pamukkale Pools/museums) or the thermal pools (1 of which was closed during our stay.)

Was a decent hotel. Comfortable, but breakfast buffet a little chaotic--too many people. This is a volume-oriented hotel, meaning they have LOTS of people here. Pamukkale was interesting to see but unless you plan to spend time doing the thermal baths, you can come early in the day form Istanbul and leave in the evening.

The Richmond Pamukkale claims to be a five star hotel, and even though it may pass the on-paper test nominally fulfilling the criteria, the reality is a different one. The facility looks like it was built in a hurry and is in dire need of a makeover. For example, we could hear the neighbor's TV and our room had a number of faults. The toilet seat was not straight, the cosmetic mirror was not usable, there was not plug on one bedside, the wood panels in the hallway to the thermal pool were rotten. There is no concierge and no hairdresser on the ground. When we arrived, we were not asked if we preferred a twin bed or 2 single beds and were lead to a room that didn't suit our preferences. The breakfast was not partially disgusting, the eggs were totally overboiled and the coffee just tasted horrible. To have breakfast in the room was subject to additional charges, so was the plain water in the room. Besides that, there was no possibility to make coffee or tea in the room, as it is even usual in many 3 star hotels. The dinner was OK and upon request, we could have a vegetarian dish, but in general there was no standard dish to cater for certain conditions, as one might expect in a thermal hotel, which would typically address elderly people. The wellness facilities were pretty decent, although the showers have no possibility to hang your clothes and towels. The only thing that was really outstanding was the massage service and we would recommend it anytime.

We stay at this hotel because of the good thermal pool. Hotel has its own beautiful territory. Good breakfast and dinner. At dinner, water is free, the other drinks are paid. The hotel is about a kilometer from the center of Karahayit, where there are many cafes and shops. Bathrobes and slippers are provided, while towels and disposable pool caps are available in the thermal center. We have stayed at this hotel for the second time and plan to come again. Poor soundproofing in the rooms. Ми зупиняємося в цьому готелі завдяки термальному басейну. Плюси: Своя впорядкована територія. Гарний сніданок і вечеря. На вечері вода безкоштовна, інші напої платні. Готель знаходиться приблизно в кілометрі від центру Карахаїта, де є багато кафе і магазинів. Гостям надаються халати та капці, а у термальному центрі - рушники та одноразові шапочки для басейну. Ми зупинялися в цьому готелі вдруге і плануємо приїхати знову. Мінуси: Погана звукоізоляція у кімнатах.

Very well trained staff. Great thermal pools. Indoor pool is a little too small for the size of the hotel. Out door pool is excellent, but not warm enough for the winter months. Meals were exceptable, no complaints. Excellent salad bar. Staff at the restaurant was superb. We'll go back for sure.

Hotel is amazing buffets restaurant was amazing But the rooms are old small and disappointing and don’t smell very nice. I upgraded my room to get a decent room but the smell was still bad.

This is a typical tourist package hotel filled with too many package tour tourists, therefore hotel is stretched for staff to service people. Check in took too much time, the goof served at dinner was low quality. The aircons in most of the rooms don't work, so the service guy came after 3 calls and then since he could not repair, he replaced with a fan :-))) had no option but to take the fan. Even the fan was not working, so had to be replaced!!! The pool was over crowded with people. Reception staff could surely be more polite but they are stretched. Overall a bad experience.

This was the worst 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in . It was like a motel the rooms stunk like they have never been opened , we we very disappointed

Friendly staff
OK hotel. Many groups of tourists to come. Restaurant is always crowded. Not much choice of food, tasted so so. Room is ok, hot pool is great, staff is wonderful and very very helpful (the highlight of our trip.)
