Absolutely amazing! The hotel room was immaculate, renovated beautifully and had a nice home feeling to it. The maids are very kind. Pat the owner is very accommodating and is very diligent in ensuring his hotel clients are happy and comfortable! Excellent location. Literally steps from the beach. 5 stars!! Highly recommend!

I had my doubts about it but I was so wrong! It was great! Clean well maintained. The owner is a great guy very helpful the staff is wonderful! Would stay there again in a heartbeat! Great location! Book it you won’t be disappointed!

We loved our family vacation on Cape Cod and especially at the Cutty Sark Motor Lodge- right across from the beach which we accessed daily. We enjoyed walking to breakfast and to ice cream! Our room had an easy layout and we enjoyed Dennisport and the rest of Cape Cod.

I spent a week at this property in July 2021. I could not have been more satisfied. The small staff makes you feel very much at home and does everything possible to accommodate guests. The room was very comfortable and the location in Dennisport is ideal. It is close to restaurants and several public beaches. Only minor criticism was weak WiFi service.

The staff friendly not ever at front desk, had to go find them. * We couldn't get wifi signal unless sitting at kitchen table at door. The bathroom door wouldn't stay shut. There were little things but I paid enough money for this not happen. Especially with only 2 rooms being rented out at the time. Construction being done on property due to water damage. Again staff friendly but obviously preoccupied.

The hotel was in very good condition. The owner and housekeeper were very nice. The location was great for the different places we wanted to visit. The only reason I did not put excellent is I felt the housekeeper should have cleaned a little more. She did not rinse or clean the coffeepot or throw away used cups. Towels and linens seemed very clean.

Nice Place to Stay
We had a room with two queen beds. It was a nice size and very clean. Room service was friendly & accommodating. The owner was friendly and helpful as well. The private beach was on the smaller size but just across the street. We would stay there again.

owner was very helpful and fgive lot of information about where to go .infact i got more info in 15 mnts what incouldnt collect after hours of browsing intenet sites. the facilities are ok and location is very convinient compared to the ones toward the bay a.traffic in that location also not bad even on a labour day weekend. beach is on the other side of road and not good for swmming due to seaweeds. overall nicebppace to stay tonexplore capecode
